I did my research on what to do because it is affecting my scores to badly, I asked for documents, disclosure and where did the account come from but they failed to provide me, so I came online and researched. The plaintiff is asking the same thing that I wanted and at the end of it all the plaintiff won this case. I am talking about the Texas VS Midland Funding Case. I have learned that Midland claims to have a disclosure and an agreement that there is a Consumer Agreement for all who they are collecting from. I guarantee you that there is no such thing that I have agreed upon to.

Consumer Complaint: This account was opened through a dental office which granted them full access to charging this credit card, they abused their access and overcharged the card with fraudulent services that I didnt obtain. The young lady who did this was fired from the office but I didnt know she had already abused this account and my credit was affected. I attempted to tell the credit card company they ignored me and I attempted to get the office to help me but their only response was the young lady was let go The financial records they provided to me dont match the credit card records and no one in the office will give me anything in writing admitting what transpired. They ignored my calls for years and now Im in debt with this credit card company

Consumer Complaint: I have received repeated calls from a debts collector named Midland Credit. They said I owe numerous credit card debts and I need to settle it now. I owe over {$4000.00} and I need to settle it now, they are going to take it to an attorney if I do not settle it now. They have called me more than 8 times a day on either my house phone or cell phone. They have even called after XXXX at night. They answer the phone just saying hello and the guy even laughed when I was asking questions. I have NEVER received any type of notice or anything stating anything the man said. I believe they are harassers and just want my money. We are in a Pandemic and he was demanding money. They are using scare tactics.
