Consumer Complaint: I've told them numerous times they have the wrong number. They call at LEAST 7 times a day ( sometimes 10-12 times a day ), every day from SO MANY different numbers. As soon as I block/report one number they call me from another. They call while I'm working, driving, sleeping, ect. They will NOT leave me alone and I'm getting in trouble for my phone non stop ringing while I'm with customers or in a meeting at work, while my kids are on the computer for school. THEY WONT STOP

Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management has sent me a " Final Notice '' stating I have to pay the full amount of {$610.00} by XX/XX/2020 by logging in to an account on their website at Midland Credit.com. I have never set up an account with them online. Also, after looking over reviews for this company, it is clear they have scammed many people in the past. In this notice, they state they can have a lien placed on my property, garnish my wages and accounts, and obtain information about my assets by the use of a notice request, deposition, or subpoena to appear in court. They claim they have an attorney review planned in my state of GA and I am responsible for court costs and post judgment interest charges. I know nothing of this company and do not trust anything they state because numerous complaints and scam alerts have been posted regarding their authenticity and policies.

I advised that I had been contacted by Midland Credit Management Inc.XXXX XXXX and Midland Funding LLC regarding the same debit. The young lady advised that XXXX XXXX owns this debit and asked if I had paid them. I advised NO and she said I should not pay them as they own the debit and they are unable to report this anymore due to reporting age of debit XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I advised the young lady that I had disputed the items with Midland 3 different times and each time I dispute the items Midland go out and update the Date Reported date with the current date. Example : I just open a dispute on XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX. XXXX XXXX updated date reported to reflect XX/XX/XXXX amt. XXXX as Charge off status. Acct # XXXX Midland Funding acct XXXX shows date reported XX/XX/XXXX amt. XXXX as Charge off. Acct # XXXX Midland Funding XXXX XXXX XXXX updated date to reflect XX/XX/XXXX amt XXXX as Charge off. Acct # XXXX I am not understanding how this company is able to keep updating the report date nor am I understanding how they are able to report on this if XXXX XXXX owns this file. Also for the original debit Last Date of Delinquency shows XX/XX/XXXX how every for each one of Midland shows XX/XX/XXXX. I am trying to understand how is it that one company can report an items 3 different times by only changing account numbers and rounding up balance amount. I have tried to work with this company and they want the money and then advise they will not move dispute. I would like to ask to have this business reviewed as this is not fair for the consumers as I understand I owed the debit but to reproduce a debit from XXXX ( 3 times ) in one month is over the top. Thank you in advance for your time in reviewing my letter and hopefully assist me with this matter.

Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management sued me without ever sending me a letter to my current address with notice that I could dispute this debt. A default was entered fraudulently due to a motion for extension of time that Midland did not notify the Court was being filed. I am now waiting for my court hearing on a motion to set aside judgment. This debt was a SECURED account that I received years ago after foreclosure and bankruptcy, and I told the original creditor to apply the security deposit and close the account. The original creditor subsequently sold this debt to various debt buyers, and it ended up with Midland. The address on the Summons was an old address, and Midland did not bother to have their process server give them the new address and send me the required advance notice. They have sued me for hundreds above the credit limit. I asked twice for the contract and statements and I have been ignored by their attorney. It remains to be seen if the Court will overturn the judgment and give me time to answer. If they do not have the original documentation, then they came to court fraudulently.

Consumer Complaint: This all started in XXXX by a scammer in which I didn't fall for. The info has been sold to various debt collectors over the years. I'm tired of fighting them off. In the last six months another creditor has started mailing me false loan info saying I owe this near {$15000.00}. In the last 20 years I have had only one auto loan and that was satisfied when sold it. I have not even had credit cards until XXXX, one credit card and then another in XXXX. Both I still have and am in good standing. Midland credit management said I owe {$15000.00} to an old ( XXXX XXXX XXXX? Does not say what type loan. From original creditor, XXXX? I have never had a load from XXXX nor even a checking account since the XXXX 's. The account number they say it was is actually my old XXXX checking account that I closed when they tried hacking into it.They are putting ( they say ) a judgement against me in the county I no longer live in ( 6 hrs away ) and the case filing number is FAKE. I checked. I will not call them so they then have my phone number to harass me more. Don't know what yo do except file a complaint.
