Consumer Complaint: On XXXXXXXX XXXX,2020 XXXX XXXX alerted that Midland Credit Management has added a derogatory remark on my credit report per XXXX XXXX. Collection reporting upon further research this account was transfered and sold and I am no longer responsible for the amount of XXXX. Debtors Credit didnt verify the collection. Also, there was NO written form of communication, contract, or written signature for the amounted debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate debt and anybody can send a bill and say that it is mine. According, to the FCRA Midland Credit Management has violated my rights a consumer and I am requesting legal action to remove this immediately from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I looked on XX/XX/XXXX and had Midland Credit Management company down as a collection account on my credit report. I sent a certified letter in regards to this account to verify the debt that shows as a collection from their company. I sent a certified letter letting them know how to communicate with me to clear up any errors and the correspondence were they didn't have any knowledge of the debt however they have debt collection shows on my credit report that I owe this debt.

Consumer Complaint: Constant barrage of collection calls from Midland Credit Management. I have no business with them and no defaulted or bad debts. My credit report reflects nothing even late and I have a very high credit score, but they constantly harrass me. Sometimes they call in rapid succession from different numbers, so it seems like three different entities are calling, but I research the numbers and they are all from Midland Credit Management. I also sometimes get random number calls prior to and after their calls. I have never received any official documents or mail correspondence from them, I have no information at all about whatever debt they are accusing me of holding, no amounts or dates of supposed debts, no creditor names or business information, no account numbers or anything else. Ive never received any notice about anything from them, just a sudden influx of harrassing calls that wont stop. If it was real they would correspond by real methods instead of robocalls. I can not trust them with my personal information, so do not provide them with it if possible.

Consumer Complaint: Midland is reporting in my credit file however it is inaccurate because it was said to be late, yet all the payments are OK. I do not think that this is mine. I did my research on what to do because it is affecting my scores to badly, I asked for documents, disclosure and where did the account come from but they failed to provide me, so I came online and researched. The plaintiff is asking the same thing that I wanted and at the end of it all the plaintiff won this case. I am talking about the Texas VS Midland Funding Case. I have learned that Midland claims to have a disclosure and an agreement that there is a Consumer Agreement for all who they are collecting from. I guarantee you that there is no such thing that I have agreed upon to.

Consumer Complaint: Midland Funding, LLC was sued and lost the lawsuit for applying charges, fees and other as a mean to state a consumer owes them money. Their account firm is disconnected from management, management is disconnected from collections and collections is disconnected from legal and court filings - this is done to increase convolution associated to any claim. MIdland Funding, LLC has picked up their practice what appears to be a scheme to use the court system a means to cheat Americans. Please investigate.

Consumer Complaint: From various numbers over the last week I have been contacted by several numbers from Midland Credit Management, this is for a debt owned by my spouse prior to our marriage. They have previously made false and conflicting statements over the phone, and took adverse action against my separate property a move they had to be forced to reverse. My spouse, was never properly served or given notice about this judgement until last year. We are willing in good faith to negotiate a settlement based off the original principal, however we are not willing to entertain the interest given their history of false representation and violating California law by taking action against separate and protected property. However, their history of false representation makes it difficult to take this company at their word. This is our third claim against Midland, please see, XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2019 XXXX and XXXX ( XX/XX/2019 ). I had to file the second complaint to get them to agree to follow the resolution of the first complaint.
