Consumer Complaint: I have repeatedly tried to pay on my debt, but every time I tried to pay info was misplaced or payment was not set up properly. I also had insurance so the amount that they have for collection is not the amount that I should be charged for. I contacted the credit card people I was disconnected like they were trying to mess up my credit. Please check with the company or companies involved, you will see that I usually paid promptly or whatever I made agreements/or arrangements too.

Consumer Complaint: Midland is reporting in my credit file however it is inaccurate because it was said to be late, yet all the payments are OK. I do not think that this is mine. I did my research on what to do because it is affecting my scores to badly, I asked for documents, disclosure and where did the account come from but they failed to provide me, so I came online and researched. The plaintiff is asking the same thing that I wanted and at the end of it all the plaintiff won this case. I am talking about the Texas VS Midland Funding Case. I have learned that Midland claims to have a disclosure and an agreement that there is a Consumer Agreement for all who they are collecting from. I guarantee you that there is no such thing that I have agreed upon to.

Nowhere in Title 15 chapter 41 does it ever once mention the term borrower only referring to credit sales as consumer credit transactions. Every agreement I entered was a consumer credit transaction, in which I originated credit to said person for them to extend the credit back to myself. First these crooks have sent me bills without my consent dated XXXX/XXXX/2020, a violation pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( a ), There's no time convenient for me to receive any deceptive means used by a debt collector to collect any debt, Pursuant 15 USC 1692e ( 10 ). I've disputed only with the firms on these alleged debts and each time the company has came back with false verifications. Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also, there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies.
