Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern, I currently have a complain regarding the collection agency named Midland Funding LLC. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX. I noticed on XX/XX/20 that I got garnishment due to my 7+ years old debt. Based on Fair Debt Collection Practices Act this account should have been deceased. Also I was never handed a lawsuit paper regarding this garnishment. The total garnishment so far was {$570.00}. I believe this is against the law to get garnished without handing you a summon. Thank you in advance for your help.

Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management : I set up a payment plan to take money out of my card with routing and account number ; and I specifically told them to take it out on the specific date. They took the money out on a Sunday ; the day before I had money in the account ; and the amount did not go through ; They did this on their own accord because they are so greedy and ruthless ; they did not do what the client asked them to do. Since they did not get the payment ; I have a call from them everyday harrassment ; Monday through Sunday ; every day calls ; I answered one call and told them they could take the money out of the account I previously gave them ; and they told me I had to do the process all over again ; since they did not get the money off the card because they drafted the money too early ; they canceled the payment agreement altogether. Now I have to be on the telephone with them for at least an hour with their abusive collection tactics. They repeat themselves over and over again with a recording ; telling clients what they are doing over and over again. Each time they give me an Agent to work with me ; then when I call ; they say OH ; that Account Manager no longer handles your account. They have very abusive tactics and need to be reprimanded for what they do to their clients by repeated phone calls greed into customers payment plans. They always want a checking account and routing number to pull from your account ; No mail payment plans ; They are sharks or the XXXX I don't which one. Please assist in this devastating collection crew!!!

Upon further research, this account was transferred /sold and I am no longer responsible for it. Debtor*s creditors did not verify this collection. Also there was no written form of communication, contract or signature for this account debt at all. A bill without signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say it is mine. According to the FCRA MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMEN has violated my rights as a consumer and I requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit made unauthorized payments on my account as shown in my last dispute and I had evidence. I have yet received any of that money back. Also the judgements and paperwork that was sent to an address that is not me and at an address I don't live at in another state. The person that is described in the paperwork is not a description of me I don't know who that is or who address that is. Please remove this debt. The person description given that is described in the documents is not me. I am pretty sure about it. And I don't live at any of the addresses that I provided. I am not caucasian, I don't know who they are talking about or who address that is. Its definitely not mine. I don't even live in GA. I bet if you send me a letter I won't get it, because I don't live in Georgia nor lived at any of the address I provided when you sent those " letters ''. I never even heard of cooling and law.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a letter to Midland MCM on XX/XX/2020 asking them to validate an account that they are reporting on my credit report. I requested the original application with my personal signature on it and have not received it. I am a XXXX working with COVID-19 patients everyday and that alone is extremely stressful. Not to mention risking my own life day in and day out going to work taking care of infected patients. To add to my stress, Midland MCM keeps reporting something on my credit that does not belong to me. This is more than I can bear.
