Consumer Complaint: Hi ; Im confused and stressed and shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies. In addition, you will need to provide me your agreement, in writing, that you are closing your file, ceasing collecting activity, and deleting all information related to this reference number from any and all credit reports youve furnished the information to. Consumer Complaint: Midland is reporting in my credit file however it is inaccurate because it was said to be late, yet all the payments are OK. I do not think that this is mine. I did my research on what to do because it is affecting my scores to badly, I asked for documents, disclosure and where did the account come from but they failed to provide me, so I came online and researched. The plaintiff is asking the same thing that I wanted and at the end of it all the plaintiff won this case. I am talking about the Texas VS Midland Funding Case. I have learned that Midland claims to have a disclosure and an agreement that there is a Consumer Agreement for all who they are collecting from. I guarantee you that there is no such thing that I have agreed upon to.

Midlands Funding is reporting information on my credit report that is inaccurate across agencies and is unverified. I have attempted to resolve this matter several times and this company continues to report this inaccurate information. I do not owe these debts and have no knowledge of such XXXX XXXX XXXX Facts : 1. I do not owe this debt 2. This alleged debt is reporting inaccurately across credit bureaus 3. I have disputed this account and it has been validated. 4. This unvalidated account is reporting as OPEN ACCOUNT which is additionally not under FCRA compliance. 5. Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management has been raising the amount owed from {$610.00} to {$610.00} then lowing it again back down to {$610.00} for weeks to mess with my credit. I set up a payment plan with them I made a {$50.00} payment and set up payment plan. Then they erased the payment plan. I started another payment and another {$50.00} down on it and now their site shows I still owe the {$610.00}. My credit report shows I owe {$530.00}. On top of this I have been disputing the date opened for weeks. I know this card wasnt opened in XXXX. It was opened XXXX if XXXX and they have statements when I log in proving this, which I have saved to my phone. I have tried settling with them in full with all income I have available no matter when I called they were very rude to me, and kept asking for more and more. Their website shows I havent ever made a single payment but I have emails showing the payments and a bank statement showing I have made a payment. I dont understand whats going on with this company but Im just trying fix my credit and pay down my debt and they are making paying them a horrible process and running me around for the money. Please help.
