Consumer Complaint: I have sent certified letters out to them and I am not getting know respond at all. The debt that they are trying to receive have been removed off of my credit report and put back on there. By Law they can not remove debt and put back on there. Once it comes off my report it must stay off. They will not respond to none of my certified letters that I have sent out. Please Help. Thanks. Consumer Complaint: They have changed the amount to this alleged account two to three times per monthThey keep changing the amount from {$450.00} to {$450.00} which is illegal. Ive never made any payments on This accounts on XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to this company asking for them to validate the account, but they have yet to so. As per FCRA, if XXXX debt collector does not verify the account ; it must be removed. At this point Im going to have to file a complaint with the FTC and small claims court. This is illegal and they have yet to prove that they can collect in this debt. On XX/XX/XXXX they removed the account from my report and added it back to flag it as a new account

Consumer Complaint: I have been disputing this account for some time now with Midland Funding. I sent an initial dispute letter asking for verification of this account because I am not familiar with this account. Are they legally able to collect on the debt? How did they calculate the amount they claim I owe? How do they know I am the owner of the debt? Im curious because I have never done business with them or the original creditor. My letter was delivered on XX/XX/XXXX, and here is the tracking number XXXX. I was under the impression that if they didn't respond it would automatically deleted from my credit reports. I am sure there is a law that proves it.

Their intentional and willful furnishing of inaccurate information is a violation of FCRA Section 623 and according to FCRA Section 611. I have done many attempts to reach out to 3 Credit Bureaus but they failed to give me any results or feedbacks about this concern. Please investigate and remove it from my personal credit file. Consumer Complaint: I just received a call today XX/XX/XXXX from Midland Funding regarding a debt owed for an XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX opened in XX/XX/XXXX ( when I lived in XXXX ) . I have NEVER had an XXXX account until this year via XXXX XXXX, which is currently valid and in good standing. This debt has never once shown on my credit report to where I would have been alerted to this fraudulent card. The address they had for me then is for an address I lived at briefly in XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX ) with an ex boyfriend. Midland said statements ( 4 ) were sent to that address in XXXX. Again, if i had seen a statement it would have alerted me to the fraud and I would have reported it sooner. Again my current XXXX credit card is the 1st XXXX credit card I have ever had.

Consumer Complaint: Despite my previous query letters to your department, the most recent credit report I reviewed indicates that this record is being accounted for incorrectly and inaccurately. This file is used to keep track of various " infringement '' declarations. I don't believe the circumstances surrounding this record are accurate. Ensure that reliable, fair, and comprehensive reporting is done! In order to validate or refute my point, I demand proof that you followed all of the proper and fair procedures.
