Consumer Complaint: The collection company Midland Credit Management , Inc have not removed a lien on my property after the lien was dismissed by the court. I also contacted the court about this and because no resolution at this point I see no other option but to file a formal complaint with a Federal agency.

Consumer Complaint: On approx date of XX/XX/2021, I mailed a letter certified to Midland Credit Management requesting validation of an alleged debt. The company received the letter on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX XXXX per usps tracking. I was seeking validation of this alleged debt of {$380.00} however, I never received any response from them. I allowed this company over 4 months to respond and they never did. On XX/XX/2021, I followed up with them on this alleged debt seeking answers. They received the letter on XX/XX/2021 per usps tracking. On XX/XX/2021, as dated on the response, Midland claim to have done an investigation to determine that this was indeed my debt therefore, they would not delete it. I have no contract nor have I done any business with this company that is reporting a collection on my consumer report. Midland has not and can not provide me with any adequate proof that this alleged debt is mine.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. Despite the multiple previous written requests, the unverified accounts listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. The 3 Credit Bureaus have failed to comply with air Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time set forth by law and continued reporting of unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes. These statuses are damaging to my report, which would not be happening if the bureaus are investigated properly before posting derogatory information.

JUST THIS WEEK I GOT ANOTHER EMAILS FROM ANOTHER COLLECTION COMPANY SAYING I OWE {$830.00} ON A CREDIT CARD IVE NEVER HAD WITH THE WRONG NAME AND WRONG SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. THEY HAVE DONE THIS 3 TIMES NOW. IVE FILED FRAUD REPORTS WITH THEM XXXX WITH THE FTC ABOUT THIS AND THEY CONTINUE TO DO IT. THEY DESTROYED MY CREDIT WITH IT LAST YEAR AND ARE ATTEMPTING AGAIN. Consumer Complaint: I was told that during the time of paying the Debt off with Midland Collections they were going to delete the collections account off of my Credit Report by the months end of the final payment. After contacting them today on XXXX XXXX 2021, the representative stated they were not going to do so until 2 years from the day they received the account through collections. I was never disclosed that they do this over a 2 year period for deleting the account from my reports and never received any information pertaining to that for Midland. I thought it would delete as originally stated which was 30 days from the final debt payment and not what I was told today. The last payment was sent to Midland on XX/XX/XXXX for an amount of {$85.00} and total amount of XXXX. With this last payment I should have had this removed as promised by no later than XXXX XXXX, 2021 but instead after talking with them today this was falsely promised and now I am told a totally different thing which is unfortunately effecting my report when I am trying to get a mortgage for my first home.

Consumer Complaint: This is a formal complaint against Midland Funding LLC located in XXXX XXXX, CA. This company has repeatedly violated my consumer rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and has caused me much unnecessary financial AND mental distress. For starters, they're reporting an erroneous & unverifiable collection account on all 3 of my credit reports, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and not to mention an account in which I've asked for proof of claim and in which they have refused to validate per my request under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Despite my efforts to resolve this unfortunate nightmare for nearly a year now, Midland Funding LLC has completely ignored my communications and legal submissions to remove this inaccurate information from my credit reports. I am well aware of the many, many other complaints filed against this company for their illegal and unethical collection practices- disguising themselves under multiple business names and using ILLEGAL collection practices all across the country. Yet, somehow, this company is still in business. This company 's unprofessional & negligent behavior has caused lots of serious harm, not only to my ability to establish credit & good interest rates, but also to my character as a Professional and as an individual. Please help me, and the many other consumers just like me, to put a stop to the operation of these unethical & immoral business practices immediately. I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance in this matter and hope to hear from you very soon.
