Consumer Complaint: I first received a garnishment order from XXXX and XXXX for Midland credits for a XXXX XXXX credit card of {$780.00}, on XX/XX/XXXX. I was not notified of any such debt before the garnishment order was granted. I then check my credit report and it was not listed as a collection debt for any XXXX XXXX account. I then went through the court to reverse this and it was granted in my favor for them not notifying me. I then received another garnishment order from the same company and the same file number from the sheriff on XX/XX/XXXX. This time the amount is different {$1100.00} plus costs. Here again. There is prior notification to me to dispute this debt. I never received one piece of information for this account or a court date to appear to dispute this account. This time, it just shows it was eSigned from their company and no letter was attached.

Midland Credit Mgmt. and XXXX XXXX associates have illegally accessed my report without consent. I have the right to privacy and have never given anyone written permission to furnish these accounts. My rights have been violated and laws broken. I will contact my lawyer and sue is these derogatory marks are not removed. Midland and XXXX are not legally allowed to collect in Pennsylvania. This is identity theft and harassment as well as a violation of my rights and consumer law.
