Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management summoned me a XXXX XXXX case no. : XXXX on XX/XX/2023 at my XXXX residence and they put me as one of my employees- XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX They required to serve an Answer to Writ on Midland Credit Management , Inc within 20 days. Since I dont have any idea of what is happening, I dont feel comfortable to provide all her personal information to them. However, if I am failed to do so, XXXX XXXX will be the one to take care of the loan. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would like to officially file a complaint against them.
