Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/2023, Midland Credit Management ( MCM ) sent a letter, stating I owe them {$4300.00}. MCM Account Number # XXXX. I sent them a debt validation letter disputing the debt asking for I've never did business with this Midland Credit Management. I do not nor have I ever had a contract with Midland Credit Management. I never consented to them having my personal identifiable information, it seems they have acquired my personal information without consent. Where did they get the consent from and what authority do they have to obtain my personal information without my consent. It appears they have committed Identity Theft. I sent them a debt validation letter disputing the debt, as I am not familiar with them and how they got their hands on my personal information.

Consumer Complaint: Midland credit management is reporting a collection account to my credit reports for a XXXX XXXX card that I never had. In addition to the debt not being validated/verified after disputing, it has remained and the amount owed is being increased over time. I have never heard anything from this company and this fraudulent account is preventing me from qualifying for a mortgage. The original amount they reported on XX/XX/2019 and now the balance is showing {$620.00}. There is no original account on my credit report because I did not have this card ever. I have asked for all documentation showing that 1 ) This account actually belongs to me and 2 ) Midland Credit Management actually has the right to collect money from me and I have not received this information. Due to these facts, this account should have been deleted. This account is inaccurate, in violation of the FCRA and does not belong to me.

Consumer Complaint: I have called all 3 bureaus numerous times from last year until this morning due to inaccurate information on my reports. They refuse to remove innacurate names and addresses along with collections that dont belong to me and can not be verified, and also say I cant dispute anymore because its been validated but yet I have not received any validation of my debt. Collection in amount of {$5200.00}, {$2000.00}, {$4900.00}, {$390.00}, {$4700.00}. I have called each of these debt collectors requesting debt validation and they refuse and then hang up on me. I then tell this to the bureaus and they do nothing. These accounts do not belong to me and I only have ONE name and ONE address.
