Consumer Complaint: I have contacted Midland funding multiple times demanding any and all documents, bearing my wet signature, showing that I have a legally binding/contractual obligation to pay Midland Credit Management {$1100.00}, the payment history, and a breakdown of the bill in question, specifically naming the above company as a person/company entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me ... and my legal demands have went unanswered. I do not know this company. I have no business with this company. I do not owe this company any money. This company has falsely reported information to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX which has resulted in defamation of my character. Furthermore, this company has created a deceptive image that gives potential & future creditors/employees the illusion that I am in debt or that I am liable for the alleged debt mentioned above.

Consumer Complaint: Midland credit debt collectors. I stated I wanted confirmation of debt. This is to be wet signatures of all transactions not a bill statement. This is the definition. If you say I owe you money then prove your original creditor gave me a legal loan not a credit swap from my signature. If you provide me with that I will pay you in full with money of the United States. A bill is not a confirmation of debt. Also send me a copy that you can legally collect debt in state of florida. You keep on telling me the debt is confirmed. Fine. I keep on asking you by who, mailing address, email, phone number and title in company. It seems to me that you can not answer my question. I want to cancel this debt with a 1099C tax form. This is legal to do so. What is your companys problem. Who is your cfo? This is your demand letter if your company can not answer these questions you will be in court or arbitration as well.

Consumer Complaint: This is now just a phishing scam through the mail. The first packet XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me on XXXX XXXX said they have already garnished and taken my money AT A BANK I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ACCOUNT WITH! I havent found anyone to help me in these three months. Now it is XXXX XXXX and they have sent me THE EXACT SAME PACKET WITH A DIFFERENT BANK ON IT THAT I HAVE ALSO NEVER HAD ANY ACCOUNT WITH!!!! WHO DO I HAVE TO CONTACT TO GET SOMEONE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS?????? I live off of {$1500.00} a month from social security XXXX. I CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY SOMEONE TO HELP ME! I also cant go the the cops here because they are also ones who lied when they said they delivered ME a summons way back in 2016, I wasnt even LIVING IN THIS STATE, HOW DID A XXXX XXXX SHERIFF PERSONALLY HAND DELIVERED ME A SUMMONS IN XXXX XXXX WISCONSIN???? I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS SUPPOSED DEBT EVEN IS. MY TOTAL REAL DEBT ISNT EVEN THIS MUCH!!!!! I shouldnt have to type out all the federal laws here for you to figure out what these people are doing is ILLEGAL.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX th I received a call from caller restricted, and I thought it was the police so I answered it ended up being Midland credit management a debt collection agency. I had XXXX person talking to me about my debt, and then another person who claims she was A XXXX jumped on the call because I was in pre-legal status, and they wanted her on the call because it was serious. She continued to threaten that my credit would be harmed that I would be sued despite my saying that I had a XXXX XXXX, who was requesting physical proof that I owe this debt before he negotiated, she proceeded to continue to threaten, harass and argue with me and claim that they sent XXXX letters through the USPS that I have not received. She asked me what I wanted them to do because I have not received letters they sent that is not on me that is on the debt collection agency to provide the burden of proof that I owe them this debt. She continued to threaten to sue me for my supplemental security income and my student loans both of which are untouchable cuz I know my rights due to my XXXX XXXX informing me that those sources are legally untouchable and I told her as much and then she proceeded to start to tell me you know what so I immediately ended the conversation by telling her all future contact will need to go through my XXXX XXXX and my XXXX XXXX has said there will be no future contact if they can not provide physical proof I owe this debt which they have failed to do so to date. I am not responsible for the usps failure to deliver their letters if they actually mailed them. It is not on me to provide my own proof of debt when I specifically requested the company provide physical proof I owe this debt at the request of my XXXX XXXX. My old XXXX XXXX also received a call a month ago from midland credit management threatening to sue over debt but they never identified the client they were calling about but she informed all her previous clients she knew may have debt due to pandemic issues. Please investigate midland credit management for harassment, threats of lawsuit, or seizing bank accounts of people who receive supplemental security, income and student loans and threats of credit harm when refusing to provide physical proof to the client, they owed the debt at the request of the clients s XXXX XXXX. I refuse to be bullied by debt collectors trying to take advantage of people with XXXX and not follow laws laid out for debt collectors.

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted XXXX as they have allowed someone to open not ONE but TWO accounts under my name and social and I have repeatedly told the last collection agency it was fraud and it was removed. As I never had an account with XXXX XXXX bank and never authorized anyone to use my information. Now I have yet ANOTHER debt collector on my credit report attempting to collect the same stuff as this is a FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT. I should not have to deal with my credit and life being shot repeatedly by the same fraudulent account with different companies. This is unethical and very much illegal when its been KNOWN that this is FRAUDULENT. MIDLAND has been contacted and nobody has done anything and this is still on my report. REMOVE ME OUT YOIR SYSTEM AND OFF MY CREDIT REPORT!
