Consumer Complaint: My issue is with discover collections, they are repeatedly calling me up to 5 times a day. I am being harassed and called constantly in XXXX minute intervals from discover, an agent, and repeated calls from numbers that hang up immediately when answered. I am being called late at night after XXXX XXXX and sometimes in the early morning. This is excessive and harassment and is causing myself and my family emotional distress. They are calling my relatives even after I have repeatedly asked them to contact by mail with proof of debt and charges. I only receive statements in the mails nothing else. I have attached screenshots of my most recent calls to show as an example.

Consumer Complaint: As of XX/XX/2023, amounts owed have been satisfied. I am in receipt of Copy B from the IRS and this has yet to reflect on my credit report nor have I received any documentation from DISCOVER. I have attached the documentation to verify and make sure the proper steps are taken to completely get this resolved as soon as possible. Changes need to be also reflected on credit file to show no balance owed since account was charged off.
