Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, My discover credit card ends in XXXX was stolen then used for 300+ fraud transactions in two months. Throughout the time, Discover never sent a fraud alert about any of these fraud transactions. Since I enrolled in autopay, I paid two statements for {$5100.00} in total In XX/XX/XXXX after I found my credit card is stolen, I called Discover to report the fraud. I also called police to initiate the case with a police report. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by Police that they found the criminal who stole my credit card and police report is completed. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by District Attorney that a court case is initiated. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by District Attorney that the court has determined the criminal guilty. I was sent a completed police report with all the evidence including video footage, receipts showing the fraud. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by District Attorney that the criminal plead guilty. Throughout the timeline, I've contacted Discover for more than 20+ times updating the case and sent all possible documents including police report, court notice, District Attorney contacts, Police officer 's contact. Yet every time Discover still concluded that there is no fraud on my account and the investigation was closed. Several reasons they provided me : 1. Not enough information to determine the fraud. 2. Discover isn't responsible for the fraud. I should pursuit my money with the court and the criminal by myself. One thing needs to be highlighted is that in XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by a manager in Discover customer protection department called XXXX. XXXX rudely accused me of continuously disturbing their work by calling their department frequently. When called about why the investigation is closed and why it's determined no fraud, XXXX refused to provide any reasons and tell me to resolve it myself. XXXX hanged the phone without notice after.

Consumer Complaint: After my house burnt down XXXX of XXXX, I was shocked to discover that on XX/XX/XXXX a lien had been placed on my property by Discover Financial Services in the amount of {$4300.00} together with interest and legal costs, thus preventing me from selling the land. I completed a Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX. My bankruptcy attorney informed me that Discover Financial Services could not hold a lien to my property since the debt had been discharged. I went to the XXXX XXXX Clerk of Court 's office for guidance on how to resolve this matter but received no help whatsoever. No one has been able to produce a copy of the judgment that was supposedly served to me. I have depleted all of my resources and without the judgment I have no way of knowing who/where/how to contact Discover Financial Services so I am turning to you for help in getting Discover to file a Request to Cancel Inscription so the Clerk of Court will cancel the lien on said property. I have attached supporting documents for your aid. Any help you can give in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Consumer Complaint: I got an email stating that I will receive my security deposit back and my credit limit has been raised from Discover on XX/XX/2021. That I should receive a check within 5-7 buisness days. I call each month and while the staff is friendly and seems helpfully on the surface, I get different answers and responses. My last conversation ended with a supervisor giving me his word that he will follow up on the XXXX of XXXX due to the policies to see if I still haven't received the 3rd check they have told me they have sent out. He will call to expedite the 4th check. Well. It is the XXXX of XXXX and I haven't received a call nor will I expect to receive one. They keep trying the avoid accountability by said the United States Postal Service isn't making due with the delivery. That it possibly got lost in transit. While I under stand that is a possibility, the odds after 3 checks is highly unlikely and a miscommunication on the address is not possible as they ask to confirm my mailing address everytime.

Consumer Complaint: Booking # XXXX : XXXX cancelled the outbound flight from XXXX and reissued outbound from XXXX, 60 KM/40 miles away and three hours earlier (!!! ), a significant and unreasonable itinerary change. Discover Card was tricked by XXXX inaccurate documents and dispute # XXXX was prematurely closed without action. Dispute was also deleted from customer online portal, precluding upload of supporting documents. Pursuant to " Enhancing Airline Passenger Protections '', 76 Fed.
