Consumer Complaint: I worked with XXXX XXXX Mortgage Consultant ( NMLS # XXXX ), XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was advised and only authorized my credit to be pulled XXXX. I received pre approval letters and after my offer was accepted no contact from the lender or the management was made. My RELATOR had to continually reach out in order to receive communication on what was going on for 2 weeks and he was able to reach management who advised I was never pre approved. My credit was pulled an additional 4-5 times without my consent or knowledge I have attempted to resolve with the manager and lender XXXX XXXX XXXX and have received no response to get this additional unauthorized pulls removed from my credit as it is impacting it " hard inquiry 's ''.

Consumer Complaint: My cousin lived with me for about a year and a half. He opened numerous credit cards in my name. I was in prison when these cards were opened so there is no way I opened them. I sent various letters to XXXX, Discover and XXXX XXXX explaining this. I filed a police report, an FTC identity theft affidavit and still they have refused to removed this information from my credit. If this is not removed I will again sue the credit bureaus and have proof of their negligence. I have attached the letters I sent.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX an account was opened and I was approved for {$1000.00} credit limit. XX/XX/XXXX I demanded a cease and desist following a letter to verify who the original creditor is. Discover defaulted on both letters by failing to respond. I also sent an affidavit of truth, invoice with violations of my consumer rights and Discover also failed to respond to those in a timely manner. 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( 2 ) states consumer reporting agencies shall not report any information unless the consumer gives written consent to do so. I did not give consent to put anything negative or positive on my consumer report. They also violated me by designing a form knowing that it will be used to create false belief that a consumer owes a debt and that is a violation of 15 U.S.C. 1692j ( a ) and 15 U.S.C. 1692b ( 2 ). I am a consumer and the original creditor.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, my credit report was pulled by Discover Financial Ser and this was not by my consent. I would never try to apply for any Discover services and I have never been interested in doing so. This caused my credit score to drop since it was a hard inquiry. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with this company, with no outcome. I am not sure as to why Discover is on my credit. My parents had an account with them before they passed away and I did have the same home address as them. So I believe this company ILLEGALLY pulled my credit, since I would NEVER even consider them to have credit with. I need this taken off of my credit report. -- -- XXXX XXXX has pulled my credit so many different times and I have contacted them with letting them know I have never put in for a loan from them and to take it off of my credit report, with no help from them.

I notified the credit bureaus several times and kept getting the same response ( verified ). They have not provided no evidence to prove that these accounts belongs to me. No signature that matches my handwriting or coming into any of their facilities ( of course i was in prison ). I have tried every method going back and forth which is giving me no justice at all. This has caused me XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I would like the accounts removed immediately. I provided all my evidence to prove that it wasn't me even down to the signatures on loan documents.
