I am disputing this alleged debt within 30 periods prescribed under 15 USC 1692g my failure to dispute the validity of this alleged debt can not be construed as admission of liability by any court. Furthermore Discover Financial Service is in violation Pursuant to 15 USC 1692c. I never gave them permission to contact me by phone. I clearly sent them a cease and desist notifying in writing that I the consumer exerciser my right to cease further communication through any medium other written mail.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: This company has been calling my phone non-stop over the last several weeks, presumably about a debt to collect. They refuse to tell me specifically what the calls are about other than a personal business matter. I have made it VERY clear to them that we have no business if they cant provide further details. I want the harassment to stop. Calls always come while I am at work, wasting my time, and my customers time.

Consumer Complaint: 15 USC 1681 Section 602 States I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish account without my written instruction. The company reported late payments to my credit profile without taking proper action to ensure reasonable procedures were in place for me to receive statements at least 21 days in advance. My reputation, credit, and mental health have been negatively affected due to this unlawful violation from this company.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. I have been patiently waiting on their response to the written requests I sent. However, any modes of response or coordination were not taken on their end. They have not complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i within the time allowed by law and continued reporting as unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as wilful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.

Issue: Managing an account
Subissue: Funds not handled or disbursed as instructed
Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX, have owned XXXX XXXX accounts with {$10000.00} each one at Discover Bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, UT XXXX ) for many years. Money was withdrawn from accounts ending in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX without my consent. After weeks of calling different departments, and sending them a Declaration of Loss, the money was restored to my accounts. Due to the fact that money was withdrawn from my accounts without my consent, not sent to me, as they claim, and I do not consider it safe at that bank anymore, I requested for them to close my accounts and send me either 7 checks for {$10000.00} or one for {$70000.00}. They say that because the money is in XXXX, I have to pay the penalty. Even when the penalty after the interest, is low, I do not think I should pay more than what the interest is at this time, or not interest at all. Please, help me solve the problem. I do not think I have to pay for somebody misbehavior, since I do not consider it an error. Thanks ahead of time for your attention. XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Issue: Dealing with your lender or servicer
Subissue: Trouble with how payments are being handled
Consumer Complaint: Please note your website did not recognize the number listed below. CFPB COMPLAINT # XXXX Discover Student Loan, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, UT XXXX 1 ) XXXX - Discover Student Loan took over the loans from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$47000.00}. 2 ) XXXX - Graduated from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. 3 ) XXXX - Began 'Autopay ' to make payments for the loans to Discover Student Loan. 4 ) XXXX - I asked for an accounting of payments. Discover Student Loan did not apply any of my payments to the principle from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. After repeatedly requesting part of the payment be applied to the principle, they began to pay down the principle in XX/XX/XXXX. 5 ) We always paid Discover Student Loan through 'Autopay ' so payments would not arrive late. However, a {$570.00} late fee has arbitrarily appeared on statements. 6 ) Discover Student Loan also uses three different Customer Account # 's in the correspondence I receive from them. I have never received notification stating my Customer Account # was changing. 7 ) I have paid an average of {$63000.00} over 9/years. Understanding interest is added to my loans why do I still owe {$56000.00}. I've paid $ XXXX. plus an extra {$2000.00} on 2 loans to principle only ( this is not added in the {$63000.00} ). What is Discover Student Loans doing with my payments.
