Consumer Complaint: I received a letter in XX/XX/2023 letting me know that I had not been provided accurate information regarding my student loan account and that I may have incurred a financial impact due to this issue. I was then sent two separate {$25.00} checks as " compensation. '' However, there are no details about what information was not portrayed accurately, how this impacted me financially, or anything else. I am able to apply for additional compensation according to the letter, but I have no details about what inaccurate information was provided to me, nor do I have any idea of how I was financially impacted. Therefore, I have no way of knowing what I could ask for from additional compensation. The letter is vague and does not contain pertinent information necessary to proceed.

They said that I accepted their terms and conditions. But I have no impression that their statement said the account will be suspended. Their communication app always automatically exit, and when I retrieve it, the information they sent to me will appear 5-10 minutes late. For me, this is fraud.

Consumer Complaint: I am using Discover Credit Card. On XXXX I contacted their agent who told me that I will get total {$800.00} credit back if I set up payments on XXXX and XXXX and I agree with it. I will receive the amount of {$400.00} after the payment of XX/XX/XXXX, and receive the amount {$400.00} after the payment of XXXX However, I didn't receive anything after XX/XX/XXXX payment. I contacted their customer service TWICE and finally got it on XXXX After my XXXX payment, I also receive nothing. Then, I contacted their customer service again and the agent told me I can only receive it after the payment on XXXX They enrolled me into a program which will suspend my account without let me know, and leak my privacy information. Now, they did something like this. I have no trust with them.

Consumer Complaint: Discover Bank issued a lawsuit through XXXX XXXX XXXX when I defaulted on a loan account. The promissory note signed between Discover and myself mandates an arbitration clause that reads If either you or we elect arbitration, neither you nor we shall have the right to litigate that claim in court. Discover is violating this binding promissory agreement by litigating when I have elected arbitration in this case. The attached promissory note also outlines that the arbitration provision survives termination of the loan and any legal proceedings by us to collect a debt owed by you.

I was told it was in the mail.Then the day of when the payment was due. they sent me my statement. No time to mail in the money. So i sent up an online payment. To take money out of my account. Got a conformation email my payment was sent. Today XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX i get email saying my payment was never cashed. I called an they said they received my payment. Then i explain the email. An the women said it was never received because they declined payment feom my bank. I had one credit card since XXXX no issues ever. This discover card i made XXXX payment everything was fine. Now the second payment i try to make an all these issues.
