Consumer Complaint: Deposited a mobile deposit. Discover Bank took the deposit, theres no problem with the check. 3 days later it still hadnt been put into my account. So I called. They said there was a problem with their system, but they would honor the payments I made to other companies iff that check. I checked my account later in the afternoon, and they had sent payments back even though they knew it was their XXXX issues. So I called spoke to someone who had a baby in the top. With her. She was obviously working from home, and there is no way of knowing who else was in the room. Discover says they have no idea when it will be fixed and they are now intentionally hurting my credit and causing fees, with no end in sight.

Consumer Complaint: I have loan with DISCOVER FIN SVCS. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there were 30 days late payments on my credit report. I have read enough to understand my rights. The 3 Credit Bureaus are required to verify for themselves, but they failed to neither verify nor update me about these complaints. I believe the company is violating Sections 616 & 617 of the FCRA. This XXXX was in another XXXX - I XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The hotel was non responsive when asking questions so I had no way to confirm the company would pick me up from the airport in XXXX XXXX.
