Consumer Complaint: When I purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX in XXXX NY, I paid {$5000.00} as a down payment on a vehicle that cost {$10000.00}. The remaining balance was to be financed and paid in 1 year. The amount financed did not reflect the down payment and the amount financed was not the price that was agreed upon. The numbers were modified without my approval or consent. There is a huge discrepancy in the amount agreed on at the dealer and what the finance company had.

Consumer Complaint: Dear Sir, as an XXXX who legally leaves in XXXX Ohio since XXXX, I feel very frustrated today by the fact that a bank and a car dealer company, Credit Acceptance and XXXX have made me sign an agreement to finance my car. Initially, the car was around 12,000 . Because my credit was bad by then ( I was not familiar at all with the credit score in XXXX, having been here for only 2 years ), I made a deposit of XXXX XXXX Credit Acceptance financed the vehicle for me, a XXXX. I have been regularly paying XXXX $ every month for the past 2 years. When I checked with Credit acceptance how much I still owe after paying XXXX, I found that I still need to pay XXXX XXXX I realized that they made me sign an agreement to pay a total of almost 25,000 for a XXXX car initially sold for XXXX. I believe that they have abused me, and they did not treat me fairly. Banks although making profit must have a minimum of moral to avoid behaving like crooks who abuse innocent victims who are not familiar with the financial system. Please talk to Credit Acceptance, ask them how they made me sign these document and what are the criteria that made them put so high the price of an old car in spite of my effort to down deposit XXXX. My name is XXXX. my phone number is XXXX, and my e-mail adress is : XXXX. Please help me, I and my wife are making a very low salary, and are victim of a joint crooking service of XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ohio and Credit Acceptance. Thank you for contacting me as soon as possible, for more details. Thanks Good bless. Kalifa

Consumer Complaint: As of XXXX XXXX, 2016, I went to XXXX of XXXX XXXX, NJ to purchase as used vehicle. I was introduced to the XXXX XXXX vehicle that I am currently driving now by XXXX ( the dealer ), he introduced the vehicle as one with no problems, and WITHOUT AN " AS IS STICKER " on the vehicle, implying that the vehicle would be under a form of warranty. As of XXXX XXXX, 2016, I went to the dealership to fill out the forms to purchase the vehicle with the manager, and I was swarmed with documents that I had to sign, but later I realized that there was no CAR FAX document to give a history of the condition of the vehicle. Since then I have been calling them to get a copy of the CAR FAX, and I have been getting the run around because since I purchased this vehicle, which has only been one year and three months, I have had to pay over XXXX in repair fees, for parts on the vehicle that should n't be in need of repairs in such a short time. Also there was no AS IS sticker on the vehicle, so I was under the impression that I was under a form of warranty. I then had a professional mechanic inspect the chassy of this vehicle and discover that this vehicle has suffer major water damage, AS IF IT WAS IN A FLOOD. So in summation, I paid XXXX, as a down payment, on a vehicle that was listed at XXXX, but with all of the newly discovered damages, like THE DIFFERENTIAL TRANSFER CASING, MUFFLER PIPE, AND THE FOUR WHEEL DRIVE AXIL, note : items that a newly purchased vehicle should be in need of repair, Is only worth less than my down payment amount. And yet I still have not got a CAR FAX statement on the history of this vehicle, and with the documentation I was given with this vehicle there is no AS IS sticker, nor was there one posted on the vehicle when I first looked at the vehicle. Yet I was told that the vehicle was a purchase AS IS, and there is no warranty, after i discovered damage to the vehicle. All together I spent XXXX out of pocket for a used vehicle in which throughout the nature of the loan I still owe XXXX. THIS IS NOT FAIR ... ...
