Coinbase is located in the XXXX with a bank located in XXXX that should receive the payment. The balance has not shown up in my Coinbase account still, and today it is XX/XX/XXXX I have made numerous attempts to contact and speak with customer service who keep saying that they are going to put a specialist on the case. They have told me this three times. I have used both their online form for submitting issues as well as emailing them directly to ask about a status update. No response whatsoever.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX my friend had attempted to send {$1600.00} to my Coinbase account from XXXX Bank in XXXX. Because the name on the bank account and my Coinbase account did n't match, the wire was reversed. That same day I received an email from Coinbase notifying me of this issue and informing me that the money had been sent back to XXXX XXXX. Today it is XX/XX/XXXX and the money has still not been received by XXXX XXXX. I have attempted to reach out to Coinbase regarding this issue a few times and have not received any reply.

They got back to me on XX/XX/XXXX saying that A support member would be in contact with me to fix the issue. In the mean time I called twice and waited 2 hours on the phone with an operator only for them to tell me they couldnt help me and to wait for an agent to respond to my email. They even told me I would be put on the priority list. I continued to email them 5 more times since XX/XX/XXXX until today. Still havent heard a single word regarding my complaint. This has caused my funds to be unnattainable for over a month in a market that moves every hour of every day.

Consumer Complaint: I sent Coinbase a wiretransfer of {$2000.00} and on XX/XX/17, I received an email from them saying : " We appreciate your interest in Coinbase! You recently sent a wire to your account for {$2000.00} XXXX, unfortunately we were not able to process this wire due to a name mismatch and your money has been sent back to your bank. ". They claim on their website that it would take up to 10 business days for the wire reverse to complete but it has been over 20 days and I have yet to receive my money back. I opened a support ticket with Coinbase ( case # XXXX ) but have not yet received any resolution from their customer service team.

Consumer Complaint: On theXX/XX/XXXX I transferred funds to Coinbase ( a cryptocurrency exchange ) and my funds went in without any problem. I used those funds to buy some cryptocurrency and all was good. However now when I try to withdraw those funds the website Coinbase tells me my bank account is not verified and in order to verify it I must send at least XXXX euros to their bank account. I have done this 2 or 3 times now and still I can not withdraw my funds from Coinbase despite having tried to verify my bank account. I have since emailed Coinbase again on the XX/XX/XXXX and again on the XX/XX/XXXXand I still have not had a reply. I desperately need my bank account verified because as it stands it 's impossible for me now to withdraw my funds from Coinbase, they 're effectively holding my funds hostage by not replying to any of my support tickets. I have tried contacting them on XXXX and XXXX and they have not responded, this is my last option, I do n't know what else to do.

Consumer Complaint: Before XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a request on XXXX website stating that I was having issues selling my bitcoins because my account was restricted. On XXXX XXXX I received an automated response in which it stated that it may take several days to respond. I waited a week and received no response to which I submitted another more detailed request to which I received another automated email on XX/XX/XXXX. The email stated that account lockouts and delayed payment or orders are there current priorities and if I am suffering from this issue that I need to respond to the email. Since I am experiencing an account lockout I responded and made a very detailed description and a screenshot of my issue to which I received no response. I am still unable to access my money.
