Consumer Complaint: After setting my limits to {$7500.00} USD, I deposited {$5000.00} USD to my Coinbase USD Wallet from my US-based bank account. This transaction was made at XXXX XXXX ( EST ) on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX. Coinbase took the money from my bank account on Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX, before XXXX XXXX ( EST ). It is now XX/XX/XXXX and still NO deposit showing. This is the 6th business day ( Internationally ; yesterday was XX/XX/XXXX in the U.S. ) and the 8th calendar day. Coinbase policy is : deposits can take 2-5 business days to clear due to ACH blah blah blah. Well, Coinbase had possession of my money on the 2nd business day, yet did NOT deposit it in my USD Wallet TO THIS DAY! ( Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX ) On day four ( XX/XX/XXXX ), I called the phone number Coinbase listed with the bank transaction ; that number NO LONGER WORKS. The new number ( XXXX ) is nothing more than a talking phone tree that does not allow for human interaction at all - at the beginning of the call AND at the end of each message down the tree, the voice directs you to go online to their support site. After going through the miserable " Chat Bot '' on Coinbase 's support website, I was finally able to send them an email from https : //support.coinbase.comXXXX ... Coinbase 's response so far? CRICKETS!!! Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero response. Since I finally sprang for more than a couple dollars here and there deposit to invest in cryptocurrency, Coinbase really sucked me into their net bad. If not stolen, at least misappropriated and using my money as their " FLOAT '' to increase their own corporate profits. At worst, Coinbase is a fraud, at best, a really messed up company. I 'm feeling chaffed. What a CON JOB. I have also contacted my bank to inquire what to do about the transaction after-the-fact.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2018, I made a Bitcoin ( BTC ) transaction from my XXXX account to my Coinbase.com account. It was for a total of XXXX BTC. Apparently the transaction was " successful ''. However, it is now sitting in my Coinbase account as " Pending ''. So it has not cleared my account. In other words, I do not have access to this BTC, nor can I trade it, etc. If the transaction is 100 % successful, it would say " Completed '', and I would have access to this BTC. Coinbase advertises that they will take no longer than 72 hours for a transaction. This has now taken over 16 days. I have now sent 7 emails with details and screenshots to both XXXX and Coinbase and asked them to respond and resolve the issue. I have received no responses.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent Coinbase Inc. a wire in the amount of {$20000.00} from my business account to my personal account at Coinbase. After a few days the funds were still not in my account. I contacted Coinbase and they stated on XX/XX/XXXX that {$20000.00} would be reversed back due to my personal account name not matching my business. They stated it would take at 7 to 10 business days to process the reversal as of XX/XX/XXXX. I followed up well after 10 business days on XX/XX/XXXX, and Coinbase stated that they have a specialist addressing it and will follow up with me as soon as possible. I contacted Coinbase on XX/XX/XXXX due to lack of response. They still have not responded to me as of XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: On or around XXXX XXXXh, 2017, I attempted to transfer approximately XXXX BTC from Coinbase's "Vault" to the "Wallet" feature inside of my personal Coinbase BTC account. However, when attempting to do so, I get the error message, "Withdrawal Already In Progress On Vault". [Case number: #XXXX] Normally, the account should send two emails to two separate email accounts listed in my Coinbase account. Then I'm required to confirm the transaction via these emails. I have not received any emails regarding this transaction. Ironically, when I made the same attempt to transfer ETH from my ETH Vault to the ETH Wallet, the system worked as expected. I was able to withdraw my funds without any issues. I've emailed and called Coinbase's customer support. I have waited patiently for a solution to allow me access to my funds. I've only been told that tech support will " ...get to it when they can". It's been over two weeks and I still haven't heard anything back from them. I believe enough time has passed for this issue to be resolved. Unfortunately, a brief XXXX search will show that I am not the only customer to experience this. What I want them to do is to put ALL of my funds into my BTC >Wallet< so that I can successfully transfer it OUT of my Coinbase account.
