Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to get involved with cryptocurrency, so I checked out a popular app called Coinbase. I wanted to just start off very slow so I put in XXXX XXXX and waited about a couple weeks and tried to withdraw it. They say it usually takes about 3-5 business days for it to go through but I have now been waiting since XX/XX/XXXX since it 's been " pending ''. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and the only email replies I get are from bots saying the same thing. I am getting zero help at all from this company and I want my money back.

Their complaint support email asked for the XXXX tracking number from the bank transfer which I did send them. It is not possible to contact them by phone and their emails just keep saying the same thing, that they are busy and will get back to you. MY MONEY WAS TAKEN AND NEVER POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT WIRE AMOUNT IS XXXX . XXXX XXXX HAS CONFIRMED THE FUNDS WERE SENT TO COINBASE THE SAME DAY THE WIRE WAS INITIATED XX/XX/XXXX. COINBASE HAS TAKEN MY MONEY AND REFUSES TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT AND REFUSE TO RESPOND TO ANY OF MY EMAILS AND CALLS AND TICKETS OPENED. Consumer Complaint: I initiated a wire transfer for {$8000.00} to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX before XXXX PT. Their web site ( XXXX ) states that wire transfers should arrive the same day if placed before XXXX PT. I called my bank and confirmed that the funds had left my account. I checked my XXXX account and my Coinbase account that day, yesterday, and today and see no sign of an incoming transfer being recorded. I contact Coinbase support via email but have not heard back. A XXXX search led me to dozens of people complaining that they had initiated wire transfers for thousands of dollars that have still neither appeared in their Coinbase or XXXX accounts, nor were returned to their respective banks. I have made another Coinbase account with same email, passport, phone number and contacted Coinbase they have been looking into it however it has been over a month and still no reply or update, they keep telling me that the specialists are looking into it and that they cant tell me exact date when I will receive my funds back.
