Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I was unable to access my XXXX exchange account. XXXX is a widely used cryptocurrency exchange in the USA and if FDIC insured. XXXX 's parent company is XXXX. On XX/XX/2018 I got the error message " An error occurred. Please contact XXXX support '' after trying to log into the exchange. After this, I called the XXXX support line : XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX. I spoke to a representative and was told there's some kind of security flag on my account. They gave me a case number and said a " specialist '' will need to look into it.I got no specific timeframe in which I could access the exchange again or any reasoning as to why I can't access my funds. I have a large sum of assets on XXXX that I can't access. I can't wait for days or weeks for this to be resolved as I have bills to pay and I was planning to sell some of my assets on the exchange as I have attained a substantial return on my investments, mainly from the ethereum asset. Reading other stories like this it seems the resolution time for things like this can take weeks or even months. I've been a loyal Coinbase customer for over 2 years and never had this problem. I'm really worried and I'm having trouble focusing at work as I have a large sum of my net worth tied to the exchange. I want access to XXXX so I can move my coins to a secure wallet and have them in my possession. I've attached attachments of my transaction history to XXXX, as well as the email exchange with XXXX and the error message I am receiving. And also an XXXX spreadsheet detailing my ethereum transactions on Coinbase.

Consumer Complaint: On FridayXX/XX/XXXX we requested XXXX to send a wire transfer to Coinbase, Inc. Wire was sent by XXXX on Monday XX/XX/XXXXwith following details : Wire transfer federal reference nbr : XXXX Amount Sent : {$77000.00} On XX/XX/ We received an email from Coinbase , Inc saying the wire was being reversed and if we don't receive the funds back in three business days we were to contact them on their wire support email. Since then we have opened three support cases with them and emailed the wire support several times, but we have not seen any effort on their part to return our funds or credit it to our account at Coinbase. We have received response to some of those emails saying they are working on the issue, but it has been 25 days since the wire was sent to them and 24 days since we received the email from coinbase saying our wire was being reversed. But we don't see much effort to resolve the issue. The funds sent to coinbase were from liquidating my wife 's IRA and as such represent a large portion our life savings. Both me and wife are over 50 and don't have many years left till our retirement. We simply do not have the time ( number of years ) or the physical capacity to build up another nest egg. We have made the same appeal to Coinbase, but they don't even respond. Any help you can provide in recovering our funds will be highly appreciated. Thank you,

Consumer Complaint: I had a stop loss set on XXXX Crypto currency exchange ( Coinbase ). The exchange executed my stop loss transaction, charged me fees for it, but the prices shown on the exchange were never low enough to trigger the stop loss. I have a screen shot to show what I'm talking about, filled out a customer support ticket over a month ago. Case # XXXX. Have not heard anything back from customer support, nor is there any ability to check the status of my claim. Please help me investigate how this trading glitch happened, why I was charged fees for it, and help reclaim my lost money in this transaction.

Consumer Complaint: I opened an account with Coinbase on XX/XX/XXXX. After going through the verification process and getting everything set up. I decided to use the Wire Transfer method to put money into my account. I sent over {$20000.00} dollars from my XXXX XXXX Account. The wire was executed on XX/XX/XXXX. The website had said at the time that it would take 3-5 business days. After about 2 weeks we tried contacting Coinbase support via email support request. We did not get a response until a week after that. Coinbase was little to no help. Every support request we sent was responded to by an automated message stating the same things that were already sent. Since we could not get an answer via email I tried calling in. They were also no help. All they could do for me was check on the support request status and let me know that it was upgrade to the " highest priority ''. Every time I called in they would change the amount of days that it takes them to reply to support request. They told me that I should not reply to their support emails or send new ones in because it would put me to the back of the line for the " specialist '' to get back to me. They told me this for a month and half only to call again on XX/XX/XXXX for them to tell me that their employees were misinformed and that replying to the emails will actually put a note to the top of my request for the specialist to see. No one seems to know whats going on there and I cant get an answer as to where my {$20000.00} is. They cant even tell me if its being sent back to my account due to wire issues. I just want an answer. We have sent multiple support request and have called over a dozen times. The wire was executed on XX/XX/XXXX and it is now XX/XX/XXXX and I have literally gotten no information as to where my money is. That is over 45 business days.

Coinbase acknowledged the issue but has yet to refund it nor will they refund any of the 5 overdraft fees of {$23.00} each. I've tried contacting them by calling, email, XXXX and XXXX. Consumer Complaint: I oppened a Coinbase account on XX/XX/XXXX with {$1000.00}. Then I activated my XXXX account through them and transferred {$2100.00} and then on XX/XX/XXXX {$250.00}. I made some purchases and sales of ETH and BTC On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased {$640.00} worth of Bictoin for a total of XXXX BTC ( Priced at {$6400.00} ) and left around {$1000.00} USD available to trade ; However, on XX/XX/XXXX my account was restricted, I contacted XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and I received a message that my issue was being escalated, on XX/XX/XXXX I was asked to submit my ID again, which I successfully did, but still did not work, on XX/XX/XXXX I got an email that the issue was still being escalated with an specialist but still nothing, it has been more than 2 months with my account restricted and my funds not released. I am glad I have printed history transactions to back up my transactions.
