Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX while using their exchange system ( XXXX ) I was automatically logged off and was no longer able to log back in. XXXX would give a message stating " An error has a occured. Please contact XXXXsupport. '' I have contacted both Coinbase and XXXX ( OnXX/XX/XXXX and many times after ) without any resolution or movement on the matter. A ticket was entered and " escalated '' which stated I would receive reply back from their " specialists '' within 4-5 days. It's now been 7 days and still no response. I have funds locked up by their system without any reason or explanation from them as to why.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is about XXXX ( parent company : Coinbase ). On Sunday XX/XX/XXXX, I made a deposit via Coinbase to my XXXX account. Deposit reference : XXXX. The deposit was successfully completed on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX. My XXXX/Coinbase account details are : Email : XXXX Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX Everything was working fine until XX/XX/XXXX when I tried to login to my XXXX account, I was presented with this message : " Attention required! Trading functionality has been temporarily suspended on your XXXX account. In order to restore trading functionality, please contact XXXX '' I couldn't login to my XXXX account. By that time I had exactly {$1500.00} stored in my XXXX funds/account. So I emailed XXXX support on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX PST. I received generic response from the company saying my problem will be looked at. I waited for a week or so and called XXXX via phone on XX/XX/XXXX, I was told that my ticket will be escalated so it can be resolved. After waiting for a week or so, I called again because nothing was happening to my case. Now, today, it is XX/XX/XXXX, it's been more than a month now since I have been waiting to get my funds ( {$1500.00} ) back from XXXX and I haven't received my money, and I still can not login to my XXXX account. Whenever I call the company, they give me a generic response with no timeframe. I would like my funds back as I really need them. I hope after this complaint, my issue will be resolved. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I have received a total amount of {$1100.00} in Bitcoin ( XXXX BTC ). I sold the Bitcoin which came to an amount of {$1100.00} which was supposed to be wire transferred to my account with XXXX XXXX XXXX and the funds should have been available on XX/XX/XXXX. The funds were never deposited to my account. I have contacted COINBASE a total of 47 times over the phone and email from XX/XX/XXXX up to today XX/XX/XXXX to no avail. They have created the case # XXXX which has been " escalated '' over 3 times, supervisors have added notes to it, so have representatives. No additional answer from COINBASE and it has been over 2 months now. Additionally I have requested a letter from COINBASE explaining their wire transfer issue so I can show to my bank in attempts to have over 16 overdraft fees in the amount of {$34.00} each reversed. No answer from COINBASE.

Consumer Complaint: I woke up and decided to withdraw all my money from coinbase and I've been locked out of my Coinbase account since XXXX XXXX and there appears no way for me to access my account So what I did is open up a case at coinbase support and there was no response from them.I called them and talked to XXXX and she said ve just checked your account and can confirm that your request has been properly escalated.It all happned because I was verifying my id because all 3 heavy payment sending delay was 72hr and all of a sudden I was logout of account with suspended msg.Iam afraid by looking at your post I would loose my money.I recomend better wait for 72hr and pull all your money instead of choosing id verification.I agree if you dont have your private keys dont expect you are 100 % secure

Consumer Complaint: I purchased cryptocurrency through Coinbase. They were happy to TAKE my money. Then i sold my cryptocurrency through Coinbase on XX/XX/XXXX. The proceeds from the sale have been in a " pending '' status to this day, XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted a support case and they responded with a less than usefull response and still no release of the proceeds. Oh yeah, my currency is gone so I have neither the currency or the cash. I've tried to call but after being on hold for 20 minutes while not once talking to a human, i hung up. Coinbase is a sham.

Consumer Complaint: I requested to buy bitcoin with coinbase. They got my information verified then requested bank transfer, I granted permission for transfer of {$2500.00}. As soon as the money was transferred ( about 3 days ), coinbase locked my account, claiming birthdate I provided indicated that I was XXXX years old. I have contacted customer support several times with the same results, lame excuses and empty promises. Customer support tells me that someone will e mail me to help resolve my problem. Its now been almost 3 months with no resulotion.They tell me dont keep contacting them or it will take longer so I havent contacted them in over a month but I dont think this approach is working either.

Consumer Complaint: I have opened a wallet in coinbase.com they asked me for a small transaction so they can activate my account and I could get my money out of the wallet into my bank account. I sent 10 and they said that it would take about two working days to activate my account. However, it's been almost two weeks and yet my account is not activated, I tried to contact them by all the methods they provide in their website but I never receive any response.
