Then the price went from {$0.00} XXXX {$0.00} and I converted it back to Ethereum and then my portfolio had $ XXXX. I should have made XXXX % profit on the trade minus the 1.5 % conversions. I ended up losing > {$200.00} when I should have made ~ {$1000.00} and now it looks like I made money from the conversion since $ XXXX disappeared upfront for tax reasons. I had USD ( XXXX ) in my coinbase account that someone used to buy /converted in XXXX ( XXXX ) WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THEN SENT TO NEW XXXX ADDRESS THAT I DONT RECOGNIZED. When i was logging in, i saw that pending transaction IN front of me in my account, i called coinbase number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX more then 5 times, no one answered my call and there is no support so unable to get help to stop this transaction right a way. Still calling them, they don't pick up phone, i emailed asking support/manager/supervisor/staff member phone and asked them to call me to address issue over the phone but they neither called me yet. I have sent email, They locked my account .received email back.in reply, they advised me to changed password, download security on device and talk with mobile provider for sim security then inform them to unlock my account. I follow all procedure but account has been locked, no access yet. Now i need to pay my bills, i need my all funds back as soon as possible. Please help. I was using authy as 2 step account security as well .Its not easy to stole money from my account due to security layer ( Password+2 step authentication ) i don't authorize any transaction that happened on XX/XX/2021 after XXXX XXXX Texas time . Hello coinbase admin, Please do not advertise coinbase is secure hub for transaction. refund all my money that stolen from your account asap. Company needs customer service phone number that we can contact you. Consumer Complaint: I opened an account with Coinbase back on XX/XX/2021. On that day, I went through a series of two validation processes. Both of them reported successful. After the validation process, Coinbase allowed me to make a deposit and invest in cryptocurrency in the amount of XXXX, which I transferred. They made the asset purchase, and then promptly have locked me out of my account since, claiming my account is " under review ''. There's been no other communication from them, and I am having no similar issue with my other investment accounts with other firms. I have emailed them multiple times to no response. They are also not really responding to anyone from what people have reported. They offer no phone number for assistance, and I keep getting messages that " come back in a day or two for us to complete validation ''. Other parts of their site say I am verified, take me to the verification page, and say I'm verified. So essentially, I've had a small amount ( thankfully ) of financial assets ( XXXX XXXX tied up in their system and not able to manage my investment. As a result, it has begun to lose value in the typical market manner, and I can not control it. The second issue I have with them is in their advertising they say you can earn up to {XXXX in Cryptocurrencies by learning about them. What they don't disclose until the entire registration process is done, is that there is a waiting list, and there is no guarantee that you even will have a chance to earn it which feels like a bait and switch. I was eventually able to do one of them, only to be told I earned something around XXXX, and then it has not been deposited. Even the account opening bonus of {XXXX in bitcoin has not been deposited either to my account.

I reached out to the company via the contact us option and each time they get back saying things are fixed but not really. While logging in to the account it asks for 2 step authentication SMS and I am not receiving any text. I verified the account with Coinbase by state ID but not a good response. Site response was, and is still, " Buys Currently Disabled. '' No explanation or remedies are offered. I have used all the customer support avenues available from Coinbase to no avail. No live customer support, either by voice or by live chat, is available. I am a retired senior with limited income. My Coinbase investment represents a substantial piece of my assets and I need to have access to my account. I need Coinbase to provide me with an explanation as to why this restriction was placed on my account and what I can do to have the restriction lifted.

Consumer Complaint: On the XXXX of XXXX 2020, I withdrew XXXX ETH from Binance to Coinbase. I double checked the target address, and the tokens were received by coinbase but did not appear in my account due to BEP-2 network being selected. At the date of transaction, the ETH were equivalent to {$2900.00} USD. I have been a long time member with coinbase for 3+ years. All my personal information is verified with them. I contacted the support team on several occasions only to be met 15+ days later with an inadequate, automated response. Coinbase has the ability to credit my account with my funds, or at the very least send the tokens back to Binance, but they refuse to help and acknowledge my issue. Lastly, I want to mention that there exists a GROWING group of 80+ members, all whom share the same issue and have collectively lost over {$70000.00} USD, and are pressing to have this resolved. The attached document expresses the grandeur of this issue for itself.
