Coinbase states authentication problem, but after a dozen of email, they still have failed to provide any meaningful support and to dateI still dont have access to my account. This I suspect is a fraudulent company, but I still need to deal with them since the retain funding of my crypocurency account. I am kindly requesting your assistance in this matter.

Consumer Complaint: Coinbase. I sent a request to Coinbase Support regarding a trade I made in error. I had no from Coinbase response for months. I had already accepted that it was my fault for making the trade in error and moved on. Months later they sent me a notification via email that the account was disabled. It has now been disabled for almost a month. I have no ability to buy/sell or have access to my funds.

Consumer Complaint: Coinbase case number XXXX .On XX/XX/21 I made a mistake and I purchase USDC coin for XXXX and deposit XXXX from my bank into coinbase at the same time. I only had XXXX in the bank so I had to cancel XXXX and called XXXX and they cancel one transaction on XX/XX/21 and deposit XXXX into coinbase. On XX/XX/21 and XX/XX/21 coinbase collected both transactions and left my balance negative XXXX. I was surprised and called XXXX XXXX and they assured me that they deposit XXXX into coinbase and my bank statement is proof they deposit the XXXX. Where is the XXXX that XXXX XXXX deposit? Im negative XXXX in my bank account. I have written multiple emails to coinbase on XX/XX/21, XX/XX/21, and XX/XX/21 and no answer to where is the money. I also wrote to XXXX case number XXXX but not answer yet. Please I need your help to get my XXXX back from coinbase.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX, I received a call from Coinbase. Coinbase doesn't call customers. On the same day my email was hacked XXXX. On same day, I submitted requested for Coinbase to disable account due to suspicious activity. I have not been able to access my account since. I have followed their procedures for account recovery Case # XXXX. This is last message received on XXXX : " We received your inquiry, and because you've previously written in about this same issue, we're consolidating your cases into this email thread. We've passed all new information on to an account specialist who is reviewing your case they'll reach out to you here ( review generally takes 4-5 business days ). '' It has been 8 days ( 5 business days ) and not response. Please, I need your help in freeing up my funds XXXX on Coinbase. They have the worst customer service in virtual currency. I will be moving all funds off platform to XXXX.

The question is, if I am going to have it either in equal amount to other crypto or on my XXXX XXXX? XXXX XXXX XXXX said coinbase has it. It is already XXXX and I am losing hope. That is more than {$3000.00} now I tried contacting them same day the problem happened, they replied XX/XX/XXXX but their response doesnt even reloved my problem and then until now no response again from them. I had the same issue with other exchange platform but my token are refunded in less than 24 hours ...

Consumer Complaint: I have had a coinbase account for about 2 years. On XX/XX/21 I got emails where my ethereum in my coinbase account was transferred to XXXX. I have not made any transactions on the account in awhile and so I was concerned. When I tried to get into the account it would not let me in. There is an option for help with support and I opened a complaint ticket XXXX explaining my problem. they replied back telling me they need to some investigating and then they replied back that the issues was resolved and that i can log in. I have changed the passwords and done everything the emails direct me to do but I still can not access my account. I know the account is there because they will send me notices about tezos stacking rewards but i cant access the funds. the cryptocurrency is increasing in value so I know that the value of the account has also increased. What was about XXXX is probably closer to XXXX if not more now and I can not get into the account. I have reached out and readdressed the ticket about 3-4 times with the same nonsense response and i am still unable to access my account. I would appreciate anything you can do to help XXXX XXXX

Coinbase support responded on XX/XX/XXXX and requested that I complete a few steps to recover my account. I responded immediately and executed all steps that I was asked. My last correspondence with Coinbase support was on XX/XX/XXXX@XXXX XXXX EST. They stated that given the nature of my case, a specialist would be needed to resolve the matter and that they would respond once the specialist has worked on the account. I sent a follow up email on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX - no response. Yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX, I tried to contact coinbase support on XXXX - no response.
