I've sent multiple messages on multiple platforms, but I can not get anything besides an automated response. They tell me to submit my issue online and they will send me a Case ID number, but I've submitted four requests, and I have yet to receive a Case ID number.

Consumer Complaint: Hello CFPB, I'm at a loss & don't know where to turn to at this point. Let me start with an overview, then I'll dive into my personal experience. XXXX XXXX is holding thousands of customers money XXXX in orders that can not be cancelled and marking the funds as " XXXX '' due to these orders. This all started 2 days ago when they found an incident that was causing orders to not be cleared. See their status page for details ( https : XXXX ). As soon as the issue was resolved, I put in a limit order to purchase {$3000.00} worth of $ XXXX. I noticed the order wasn't going to be fulfilled as the price was quickly moving up, so I attempted to cancel the order & place a new one. As soon as I attempted to cancel the order it appeared it had worked, but I didn't have my funds to place a new order. After refreshing the application I could see the order was still sitting on their books & my funds were still on hold, but again, my funds are locked " on-hold '' ( https : XXXX ) and can not be used for any new orders or even to withdraw. I've contacted them via email & XXXX, but there is still no resolution & my funds are not being released. Consumer Complaint: I have sent to coinbase pro service XXXX DAI. They have a policy that the deposit will remain pending for 35 block confirmations on the ethereum block chain before you have access to your funds. It has now been 48 hours and 12,000 block confirmations and coinbase still holds my deposit in " pending '' status. I have contacted them no less than 20 times and each time they send me a link to their policy saying I must wait 35 block confirmations. I have yet to get a real response from them other than they will close my account if I do not stop " abusing them ''.

I Transferred XXXX XXXX XXXX ( currently worth about {$180.00} ) from my XXXX XXXX to my Coinbase account on XX/XX/XXXX and the transaction was shown as complete when I tracked it online. I also got a confirmation through my XXXX XXXX. Before the transfer, Coinbase cautioned me to only transfer XXXX XXXX to that cryptocurrency address and that is exactly what I did. However the XXXX XXXX hasn't been deposited into my account and Coinbase doesn't want to take responsibility for it, even though it is obvious I transferred it to my Coinbase account.

Consumer Complaint: Coinbase Pro has a serious flaw where a purchase order goes missing, but the funds get locked up as if the order is still there. This has led to all my funds being locked up and available for trades and thousands of dollars of missed opportunity, and the order eventually executing at a random time of Coinbases choosing. This is fraud and a scam, manipulation of other people money, and a serious breach of policy.

During that period of time I had lost my XXXX from XXXX in the way of the XXXX coin. When the XXXX of XXXX was announced back in XX/XX/2019 coinbase assured us that if we held or XXXX with them at the time of the snapshot everything would be automatic through Coinbase. Due to my not being able to access anything in my account I didnt receive my airdrop whiich by my records in my tax documents from coinbase amount to about XXXX.
