Consumer Complaint: I do not understand how the charges listed were processed. I believe that your agency accepted debts that were potentially inaccurate, lacking documentation, or unenforceable. I would be more than happy to settle this matter if your agency send a true bill, verifying the debt. I conditionally accept your offer, as mentioned above, upon verifiable proof that : 1. your offer is not to, threaten and deceive consumer, to collect a debt that you know, or should have known, is inaccurate or can not legally be enforced based on contractual disclaimers, past practices of debt sellers, or consumer disputes. 2. your offer is not an illegal and obnoxious debt collection practice. 3. your agency can file any lawsuit against consumer without having the intent to prove the debt. 4. your agencys practices does not violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform, and Consumer Protection Act. I conditionally accept your offer, as mentioned above, upon verifiable : 5. proof of balances, interest rates, and payment due dates. 6. proof of accounting and transactions. 7. proof that your agency conducted any investigation to determine whether the debt is accurate and enforceable. 8. proof that the debt is owed and accurate. 9. proof of legal documents to prove that you are legally authorized to collect. 10. proof of a signed contract showing the terms about the debt. 11. proof of WHO owns the debt/or has been assigned the debt. 12. proof of a copy of a True Bill in Commerce. 13. proof of a complete payment history, starting with the original creditor. 14. proof of a Certified and True Copy of the original signed agreement or application. I do not consent to your agency assigning disputed debts to law firms and third-party debt collectors without informing them that the debt is disputed. Consumer Complaint: For several months now I have tried to have XXXX XXXX XXXX confirm with me that there was a signed contract for two debts they claim I have. They will delete and/or close the accounts for a short time only to open it again with a different start date each time. One debt is for {$1200.00} and the other is {$570.00}. Each time they remove and replace it into collection it damages my credit more and more. I do not believe I am responsible for these debts as I have not been shown proof I signed a contract with them for these said debts and they came out of nowhere without a fare warning or a letter.

Consumer Complaint: To whom this may concern, XXXX XXXX reported my account with a balance of {$0.00} in XX/XX/XXXX. In the attachments provided you will see my last payment date of XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX is requesting that I provide more information than what has already been updated on my credit reporting. It is illegal for your company to obtain an account without having all of the information. In the next 30 days, I need to view my ORGINAL CONTRACT W/ A COPY OF MY SSN AND MY ID to prove ownership and not identity theft. Reason : Per my credit reporting account w/ XXXX XXXX has been closed sinceXX/XX/XXXX with the last payment being XX/XX/XXXX. I am also requesting my ENTIRE FILE that way your company can be provided all necessary information regarding my payments. If you are unaware of this information you would need to contact XXXX and update my reporting. I have no recollection of any business with XXXX and I would also like for you to prove that I owe XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I do plan to take legal action thus you have already been provided proof showing debt is not valid and made of abuse of credit reporting. XXXX XXXX XXXX Last 4 : XXXX Previous information was submitted XX/XX/XXXX via email after sending correspondence week of XX/XX/XXXX via mail. ( XXXX previously advised they can not received proof via email only mail-stall tatic easy way for company to state they never received and or stall disputing process. ) Orginal disputed information contained snap shots showing XXXX XXXX XXXX balance XX/XX/XXXX last payment XX/XX/XXXX. When following up with XXXX to be sure receipt of information they stated they have received information and requested for me to send them further information such as contract/agreements made to resolve the balance. I then advised XXXX that since they purchased account they should have all information necessary regarding file and should not need me to send anything to verify. If they do not have information they have to go off of what was provided by their client and their client has provided them misinformation per credit reporting. I then sent the above information XX/XX/XXXX with attachments from credit karma showing balance has been resolved. Please help with this issue.

Consumer Complaint: Received email notification on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX that there was a change to my credit report. I checked the details and found a collection had been added to my credit report. The company is XXXX XXXX XXXX, out of XXXX. XXXX, MN. I called several times, the hours are limited to contact someone at their business. I wrote a letter and requested details because all the details I had on my credit report was " XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. I called XXXX received XXXX help ( see attachments, letter from XXXX ). I visited my local XXXX to try and investigate this issue, no records. They said they sent my debt to XXXX XXXX. I wrote a letter to the Attorney General of Minnesota with the details ( XXXX is a MN business ). I have attached all letters with the details. I called XXXX XXXX early this morning ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and finally got ahold of someone who could explain. I don't even have an account number ( XXXX ) I can refer to so this could be researched. Apparently Attorney General of Minnesota had reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX to get details and got this moving along. According to the two individuals I spoke with at XXXX XXXX ( XXXX and XXXX ) today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) they are sending a manual request to the three bureaus to remove this from my credit report. That's great but in the meantime qualifying for a home equity loan has been denied because of this. Received no notification, no letter, no phone call, nothing to give me advance notice of this collection, XXXX just attached it to my credit report! My issue is now with XXXX because they either sold this alleged debt to XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX purchased " old '' debt from XXXX and attempted to collect their share. This was for {$85.00}!!! I have attached a letter from XXXX which is the most unhelpful piece of correspondence. XXXX needs to investigate this and remove me from their database. This alleged debt is for a debit card and the date was XX/XX/XXXX. I still do not have the details. Any help you can provide would be most helpful. In the meantime I am closing all of my XXXX credit card accounts ( zero balances by the way, have been excellent customer of XXXX ). The debit card was never used and don't understand why it would have a {$85.00} balance from XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I have Two collection accounts listed on my credit report for the same amount. I don't feel it is fair to be able to list it twice or the reason it is being charged to me. That is why I am reaching out for help. It initiated with XXXX XXXX when I discontinued my service with them. It wasn't for a bill or phones that I owed, but because I discontinued 2 lines of service with them. They charged me {$840.00} for dicontinued service of 2 lines. Which is {$420.00} per line of service. This is outrageous and should not be allowed to be done to anyone. Please help. If I can provide any other information, please let me know. Consumer Complaint: My information includes a false " also known as '' name of XXXX XXXX XXXX and an address of XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MI XXXX both of which were added to my personal data without my knowledge. Neither the name of the address is true. I believe a debt collection co, probably did this as I have received notices from XXXX XXXX, XXXX as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX stating that I have a delinquent utility bill with XXXX XXXX in XXXX, MI. All of the above is false, and I believe I am being targeted because of my age, XXXX years old and retired. XXXX XXXX has 1013 complaints against them from BBB and several of the complaints when read, are so similar to my situation that one has to believe that this is a scam that has succeeded. Even the same utility company is named, XXXX XXXX in several of the complaints so XXXX and/or XXXX likely bought a list of delinquent accounts from XXXX for pennies on the dollar and are now out trying to collect anything they can. Why else would the first notice offer to settle a supposed debt of {$970.00} for a quick fee of {$240.00}? How can XXXX allow false information to be added to my profile without my being informed?
