Consumer Complaint: A XXXX account is listed in my XXXX credit report, and is with a collection agency, Jefferson Capital XXXX XXXX file number XXXX. I've disputed and XXXX kept the information on my report. The dates of the XXXX phone service show as opened in XX/XX/XXXX. I have had mobile phone service with XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX, this is my customer number XXXX. I've asked both XXXX and Jefferson Capital to share specific information about the account including open and close date and specific records and billing so I could have specifics to dispute and I've never been given the details of the account to detail the {$1700.00} they claim I owe. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I received a consent judgement paper in the mail for myself, along with another person 's personally information inside of my letter. I received her legal information with her last four SS #, her name, and her address. I contacted the Attorney 's office XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, XXXX. I let them know what happened, the person XXXX I spoke to just asked that I sent it back. I then spoke to the Supervisor XXXX XXXX at the Attorney 's office his number is XXXX ext XXXX. Mr. XXXX stated it was a sorting mistake, and he will escalate this error the Manager of the mail room. I also mentioned that I wanted the balance of the debt erased and a letter stating it was taken care of. I also let them know that I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission as well. I also contacted the lady that I received her information, she also let me know that she received my information as well. She just put a sticky on the my information and mailed it back.

Consumer Complaint: Repetitious calls from a third party company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX by very rude customer service agents after I have repeatedly asked them not to call me about the second party company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX intention to collect a debt for the first party company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I don't keep records of the phone calls ( 2 to 3 Times a week ). The unresolved debt is XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have called XXXX XXXX XXXX on several occasions to speak with an company official regarding handling this but only to be connected with a outsourced communications company handling their phone calls in some third world country and was unable to resolve any issues. I have tried to communicate with XXXX XXXX on 2 different occasions to discuss the matter but was connected with a very rude CSR demanding payment immediately and that I was to provide her with all my personal information.

Consumer Complaint: I called Jefferson capital group llc. early in XXXX of 2019. They were hired by XXXX XXXX XXXX to collect a debt to settle the account. Before I paid to settle the account, I negotiated with the Jefferson capital group representative for them to provide me a letter stating the debt has been settled and to remove this item from my credit report. I spoke at length with jefferson capital group, and they will not stand behind their employee who told me that he would provide me the letter. My credit report still shows the debt, and it has not been removed from my credit report as stated thus dragging my score down after I settled this debt. ( paid, satisfied ).

Consumer Complaint: Jefferson Capital bought XXXX XXXX bought XXXX XXXX, And XXXX XXXX already removed the accounts from my credit file, because they were past the statue of limitation. XXXX will not remove the accounts ; they do not even own the accounts, anymore, so they are being reported, twice, including with XXXX XXXX and should not have been reported, when acquired, due to the statue of limitation. Jefferson claims a payment was made, around the 8th year from the account being opened ; they can not provide proof of payment. I NEVER made a payment, so the delinquency date is incorrect. These accounts NEED to be removed from my credit reports. Most of them were opened in 2006, and a payment has never been made. They are private loans and are being treated as Federal, also.

And then sold for pennies to Jefferson capital system. This company has held it for more years. This account is as old, or from 2007 till present - over 10 years old - this account should have been closed. Jeffcapsystem bought this account for XXXX, and ignores the fact that it is already more than 10 years old in collections. This account should not be kept in debt or collection. It is breaking the RULES of LAW in collection. JeffERSON capITAL system {$790.00} I contacted XXXX but they keep saying there is a glitch, or an error on file. They can't remove it they say. XXXX is having a problem, or making it. This account is over 10 years old in collection. It should have been removed years past, but has not.

Consumer Complaint: This debt keeps being reported even though I did not open this account in XXXX as it says in the credit report. I closed my account with XXXX in XXXX and paid the bill off in full with a check from XXXX XXXX XXXX. First off, this debt should be removed immediately because it is not my debt as I did not open this account. Second, it should be closed because even though I have known this is not my account I was so scared of getting bad credit that I actually paid the balance in full to XXXX XXXX before XXXX because I was getting harrassed by them. There is no way this should be on my account still and there is either fraud or innaccuracy here.
