Consumer Complaint: I would like this invalid account deleted from my credit report immediately. I am writing to file a formal complaint against XXXX, XXXX, and Jefferson Capital System regarding their blatant disregard for my consumer rights in connection with a debt collection account that is erroneously reporting on my credit report. I have taken all necessary steps to rectify this situation, yet I have been met with inaction, lack of communication, and a complete disregard for the regulations set forth in the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). On XX/XX/2023, I sent certified letters to XXXX, XXXX, and Jefferson Capital System, respectively, notifying them of a debt collection account that I believe is invalid and should not be reporting on my credit report. The purpose of these letters was to formally request documentation to verify and validate the accuracy of the debt, as well as to initiate an investigation into the matter as outlined by the FCRA. I have meticulously followed all procedures and ensured that each letter was delivered within the stipulated timeframe. The certified letters were delivered and received by XXXX, XXXX, and Jefferson Capital System on or before XX/XX/2023. The tracking numbers for each delivery are as follows : XXXX : XXXX XXXX : XXXX Jefferson Capital System : XXXX I urge you to verify the delivery of these letters by visiting XXXX using the provided tracking numbers. Despite the undeniable receipt of my correspondence, I have yet to receive any documentation from Jefferson Capital System regarding the validity of the debt in question. Moreover, I have not been informed of any investigation results from either XXXX or XXXX within the mandated 30-day period. This situation not only undermines my consumer rights but also tarnishes my creditworthiness unfairly. I have taken the necessary steps to address a concerning discrepancy on my credit report, and the lack of response and cooperation is very frustrating. The disregard for my rights as a consumer is troubling and goes against the very principles that the FCRA aims to uphold. I implore the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to take swift action in this matter. XXXX, XXXX, and Jefferson Capital System must be held accountable for their failure to adhere to the FCRA regulations and for their evident negligence in responding to my inquiries. I request that this account be immediately removed from my credit report.

I have no contract with this company, they have furnished false, and misleading information, on my Consumer report. I did have the emails saved, in which I never consented for them to contact me at all. My emails where erased due to storage on my phone. I spoke with a XXXX, her id number is XXXX. She informed me that her company purchased the alleged debt, and I now owe them. I asked her to supply me with the verifiable evidence of a contact between JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS and I. This company has stole my identity, and reported inaccurate information to the three credit agencies. This inaccurate information is keeping me from extending my credit to other businesses ....

Consumer Complaint: Cease and Desist Communication Regarding Charge off I am writing to formally request that you cease and desist all communication with me regarding the debt.which you claim I owe. This letter is not an admission of any liability for this debt but a request for you to halt all communication concerning it. According to my records and the relevant statutes of limitations, this debt has been charged off, and it is no longer legally collectible. Consumer Complaint: I am not liable for this debt with JEFFERSON CAPITAL SY. I do not have a contract with JEFFERSON CAPITAL SY. JEFFERSON CAPITAL SY did not provide me with the original contract as I requested. I do not owe this debt and that made me to dispute it when I saw it on my credit report. JEFFERSON CAPITAL SY is supposed to provide me with the debt validation which they don't have. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), JEFFERSON CAPITAL SY is required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that they post on a credit report. Otherwise anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account.Under the FCRA, unverifiable accounts must be removed and if JEFFERSON CAPITAL SY are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, JEFFERSON CAPITAL SY must remove the account mentioned within 10 days, otherwise according to 15 USC 1692 I will sue or file an FTC report against JEFFERSON CAPITAL SY which has damaged my reputation, caused me serious mental stress, and affected my character by 1 ) reporting unauthorized debt on my credit report 2 ) ignored my humble request to remove this unauthorized account under the fair credit reporting act ( FCRA ) as my legal right.
