Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. This account is inaccurately and erroneously reporting. Their intentional and willful furnishing of inaccurate information is a violation of FCRA Section 623 and according to FCRA Section 611. I have done many attempts to reach out to XXXX Credit Bureau but they failed to give me any results or feedbacks about this concern. Please investigate and remove it from my personal credit file. Thank you.

To date they have not responded.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX has continued to report to collections an account opened over 7 years ago that was opened under false pretences. Most recently upon request to dispute ( 10 + attempts previously ) they have reported this as a newer account opened in 2019. This account was opened fraudulently by a family member but no legal action was taken on my part. They continue to reopen and deny all previous disputes.

Consumer Complaint: I received notice on my XXXX credit report about a XXXX bill that was delinquent and had been bought by a collection agency. I do not remember having a XXXX account and this bill of over {$2500.00} that is more than 3 years or more old, possibly older, is not mine. I had an XXXX XXXX XXXX cell account and then I opted to switch to XXXX. XXXX paid my old XXXX XXXX XXXX account off and I continued with XXXX until XXXX XXXX caused me to not be able to continue cell service, because I wasn't able to work at the time. XXXX was helpful and that account was taken care of due to the declared disaster. Other than that, I have not had a cell account in my name, especially with XXXX. I wrote in and disputed in XX/XX/2021, and the Collection Agency said they had legal rights to collect and it was my debt. I have not been sent a copy of the signed, original contract, not have I been given any information at all about this account. I resubmitted a dispute today, and in the same day was told it was resolved and is mine. XXXX said that if I was not satisfied with the outcome of the dispute, I needed to contact CFPB. That is why I am here. I do not owe this bill and this collection company has not provided anything but a written statement to XXXX, stating how much I owe, that the claim is legit and it meets the criteria to be billed to me. I find this not only humiliating, dehumanizing and manipulative, but in a pandemic where we have just become homeless, and are doing our absolute best to be able to afford a motel room and food, as well as keep gas in our vehicle to get to and from work, this is causing a lot of undue stress and hurting my credit so badly, I will never get it turned around. I'm asking for a copy of the original, signed XXXX contract along with the phone 's serial numbers, IMEI numbers, phone numbers, date account was originally opened, where it was opened ( online or in store ) and the amount, if any that was paid up front for this account. Also, if the account had any money paid up front, were the funds, cash, credit/debit card or check. If credit/debit or check, I am asking for a print out of the payment method, as well as a copy of the address and phone number attached to payment method.

Consumer Complaint: Hi, I am a mom of XXXX sons. We had a family plan on our XXXX account for many years while they were young. I called XXXX after they were old enough and we separated the accounts, different addresses. my son kept up the account on his own as he was XXXX through XXXX and paid his bills on time, however, he moved to XXXX, and did not pay last bill... I had no idea..he had no idea and no-one EVER called me about it and I have been with XXXX and STILL AM after 20 some odd years and ALWAYS PAID MY BILLS ON TIME!! purchasing the newest phones etc and never told about this discrepancy. yet, I just open a credit report and i see that this is in collections, has dropped my credit score since XXXX 2021 and I'm livid, as I am trying to buy a house ... MY credit was impeccable, yet this dropped drastically ... I just called JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS and paid this {$180.00} debt with my credit card..conf. number XXXX ... whether it belonged to me or not..my credit is important. this company is not dealing with public fairly... and they were not very nice either... PLEASE SEE THAT THIS IS ERASED OFF OF MY CREDIT REPORTS... this is unfair, XXXX is underhanded.

Consumer Complaint: 1. I assumed a loan from XXXX in XXXX. 2. Late XXXX early XXXX Aging parent issues and loss of income caused me to hire XXXX XXXX to negotiate a settlement agreement with XXXX. 3. Filled out the application with XXXX XXXX using current address since XXXX in Maryland. 4. XXXX sold the debt to Jefferson Capital ( collections ) in XX/XX/XXXX after XXXX XXXX had started negotiations. 5. Jefferson Capital decided to use my old address in XXXX, PA which I moved from in XXXX. I have not owned the property since. Correspondences were sent to that address which is over 12 years old and was not entered into my application with XXXX or XXXX XXXX. Therefore Jefferson Capital ran my history and intentionally entered the incorrect address, which disallowed proper correspondence. Had they used my address as of XXXX, as noted in line 3, this debt could have been resolved last year and my credit would not have taken as much of a decline. I verified this when I called Jefferson Capital, after I learned through XXXX XXXX who owned the loan, when the XXXX XXXX agent I clarify my address for verification. I gave him the only address I used on any applications since XXXX in Maryland. He said that the MD address was not correct. I finally figured out they used my old address after he told me the city of the old address ( XXXX, PA ). I spoke to a " supervisor '' who stated XXXX XXXX had that address and gave it to Jefferson Capital. I know that's in accurate as I have received all mail from Beyond Finance to my address in MD. I contacted XXXX XXXX and they said the old address is not anywhere on my application. I paid Jefferson my debt, but their practices in this case are deceptive and designed to prolong the debt to increase their interest to collect. This is afoul of current law and abusive practices. Due to their intentional practice of using an address I have not resided at since XXXX, I was never given the opportunity to address the matter as legally provided. I demand this debt be erased immediately and my credit score restored to the equivalent of the points deducted due to their mismanagement and predatory practices. This was not a clerical error in any fashion as my loan was made in XXXX, 10 years after selling the house in XXXX, PA. cc : Honorable XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX

The collections are being reported past due. I do not know either of these companys and have never done business with either of these companies.
