I have noticed multiple violations on my credit report from this company as well, along with their unpredictable reporting. I never have never done any type of business with this company. And will also be suing for defamation of character.

In XX/XX/2020, I fell victim to identity theft, and as a consequence, my personal information was compromised. Since then, I have been diligently working to rectify the aftermath of this incident. The notification was that two accounts were reported to collections by the company Jefferson Capital Systems. Prior to these accounts being listed on my credit file, Jefferson Capital Systems did not reach out to me or contact me as required by federal law section XXXX ( a ) ( 1 ) which states : A debt collector must provide a consumer with the validation information required by paragraph ( c ) of this section. Jefferson Capital Systems failed to follow this law and in the course of their negligence, and not properly allowing me to verify and dispute these accounts, thier actions caused my credit score to plummet.
