Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I was able to transfer out of my account at Citizens Bank, the amount of {$260000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I was sable to transfer back in {$250000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to transfer close to {$300000.00}, to purchase my condo, as the XXXX was my closing. Citizens Bank refused and said there was nothing they could do. They changed the limits to {$25000.00} daily and {$100000.00} monthly limits without notifying us. Furthermore, in the Faq section, they still had stated the limit was {$250000.00} daily and no monthly limit. They insisted that I could only make the transfer by visiting a branch. I was not in any state close to any of their branches. I am now having to pay for flight 's, a hotel, food that I would not had to pay for, a {$750.00} penalty for closing late on the condo and at least 10 hours on the phone with them

Consumer Complaint: I have not been able to access my account online to pay bills or transfer my money to another institution since last Friday XX/XX/23, over a week ago! I've called customer service on Friday, Saturday, Monday & Wednesday, spent HOURS on the phone with no solution. All they say is they did an upgrade and they are working on it. No actual solution, timeframe, and XXXX communication from Citizens to even acknowledge there is a problem. Customer Service is completely XXXX and woefully untrained to deal with so many arguably justified angry customers. They again have provided no solution to this issue. I called the bank to withdraw my funds as cash since I need to pay my bills and they said I needed to give them a week to order my money??? They should be ashamed of themselves. It's ludicrous and they shouldn't be allowed to XXXX around with other peoples money or their access to it and have no reprecussions for their actions.

Consumer Complaint: Citizens Pay XXXX XXXX ( XXXX CITIZENS BANK XXXX, RI XXXX ), is inaccurately and wrongfully reporting a debt in the amount of {$3000.00}. I have spoken with them regarding this and they even contacted the original creditor, XXXX on a 3 way call regarding this and XXXX verified over the phone that the account was opened fraudulently and Citizens confirmed that this account would be removed from my name and credit reports due to confirming that it is a fraudulent account. Citizens has still not removed this from my credit profile and is still reporting this inaccurate, fraudulent account. I have spoken with Citizens numerous times and I even sent over numerous documents, including a police report and more and was advised that this would be solved within days or a week and that they put a urgency on it. I was also advised before to dispute it and it would be removed and they did not remove it, they actually verified it in order to leave it on my credit report. It has been well over a week since sending my documents over and I still have not heard anything from Citizens and this fraudulent account still is being reported on my credit report! They are very aware that this is a fraudulent account and even have in their notes when the agent confirmed it with the original creditor!

Consumer Complaint: In XXXXXXXX XXXX, a Home equity line of Credit loan matured.Citizen 's bank tried to foreclose on my house, in which I was able and willing to continue making payments. I went for 4 years to court and had to hire 2 Attorneys to plead to keep my house before Citizen 's bank made a " deal '' using the HARP Program to allow me to keep my house and resume payments. I find it unfair to charge me as part of the HARP Program agreement, to pay for Citizen 's bank Attorney fees, which total {$11000.00} of the balance owed to Citizen 's bank!
