Consumer Complaint: I purchased two acrylic prints for my wife for our anniversary. I paid through PP using my credit card. When I received the prints they were damaged and I requested a refund through PP. This went nowhere, so I contacted Citi to step in and resolve the matter. I submitted images to Citi showing the damage and their 'investigator ' resolved the dispute and is holding me accountable. How is this possible? I paid good hard earned money for an item, and I received something not as advertised. They had damage, so much so that you can not hang them on a wall or look at them. I am requesting that Citi do the ethical thing here and resolve this dispute in my favor for paying for and receiving damaged items. If the merchant wants the damaged items back, they can send me a prepaid shipping label and I will gladly send them back, but I refuse to come out of pocket to mail these things back to XXXX. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: Opened checking account on XX/XX/XXXX under Bonus Code # XXXX. Deposited required {$200000.00} to receive {$1500.00} bonus. Maintained balance for required terms which were 60 days after the XXXX day after deposit of funds. Citibank had 90 days after that to deposit bonus. This should have been by XX/XX/XXXX. This date, AND the fact that I fulfilled all requirements was confirmed by MULTIPLE customer service employees in calls on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX complaint reference code # XXXX was opened with no resolution. On XX/XX/XXXX complaint reference code # XXXX was opened and I do not, from previous experience, expect any resolution to that one either. Excuse after excuse has been given and, unfortunately, each leaves me with the knowledge that this company is the most ineptly run & managed Ive ever dealt with and they are bordering on, if not fully guilty of, deceptive practices at best!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/22 I opened a Citi Business Checking Account in branch in XXXX XXXX, CA. I was enrolled in a promotion that required I make a deposit with 20 days, hold the funds for 60 days to receive a {$1000.00} bonus. On XX/XX/22 my account balance reached {$50000.00}. I maintained that balance through XX/XX/22. The terms stipulated that the bonus would be paid within 90 days of meeting the terms. The bonus has not been paid. I have called three times regarnding the bonus and the representatives have let me know that I have met the terms but tell me to wait. The last time I was given the reference number XXXX by a manager who said she was raising an investivation. I would appreciate the bonus being paid now as I have met the terms.
