In the letter is states " Although we do not report Authorized User for Citi accounts to the credit bureaus ... .. That information appears to be a direct contradiction to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. It states " A card issuer must report the authorized user account to the three nationwide consumer report agencies... Please advise as soon as possible.

Consumer Complaint: Applied for, and was immediately approved for, a Citibank credit card with a promotional sign up bonus ( 20 % off Bloomingdales purchases in the first two days, up to {$250.00} ). I placed a qualifying order, which was cancelled after pending for three days. On investigation, it turned out that the card was declined as it was pending some sort of verification check ; Citibank never reached out to me ( although I provided complete contact information, and as far as I knew from web application had been approved ). I asked whether the sign up offer would be honored now that three days had passed, and was told it would not be. This seems to me at best misleading ; I abided by the terms of the card promotion, yet am deprived of the inducement.

Consumer Complaint: Macy 's continue to bate and switch with my rewards, false advertising, and I am a platinum member whom spend about XXXX a month and has never been late or behind and I always pay more than the minimum the overseas counter part never gets the info correct and also now my card is tied up with an order that was canceled and if the XXXX order was canceled then i should be at a XXXX balance I had XXXX rewards points when the double point and the triple point was on so now not only did I get the things for my house warming party but they have ruined the decor in my new home and my family as well as myself is considering not shopping with Macy 's and I am also considering closing my card even though I love shopping at Macy 's. Their Lack of communication is horrible The old system is difficult to deal with, no alert not notices until a day later. I need someone with authority to call me my discount that was given to me was used on an order which was cancel and then when I went to replace and use the code no good I also shopped during the double/triple points I have over XXXX point pending and now they are gone I want points and my items I needed for the party and house warming that they ruined. they have cancelled several orders this is not the first time.

A couple days later I received and adverse action letter that was unfavorable for me, the consumer, and received no benefit. I was uninformed about the use of credit and i was subjected to inaccurate and unfair credit card practices. Consumer reporting agency was used in whole or in part without respect of my right to privacy. I was unlawfully discriminated against while exercising, in good faith, my rights.

Consumer Complaint: I went to Homedepot in XXXX MA XXXX purchase some granite Countertops for my Kitchen. I was offered to finance the granite countertops at a promotion of 24 month interest free, the granite was purchased with a Home depot credit card provided by Citibank I was never given any paperwork since the transaction went through as a regular creditcard transaction and they asked me to sign the key pad and the lady at Home depot didnt read any terms of the transaction. I accepted the promotion but was not told that after the 24 months promtion ended I would have to pay the interest generated during the 24 month promotion period. the bank didn't fullfill their promotion and only gave me six months interest free. I called the bank and asked why did they changed from 24 months interest free to six months. the bank said it was a mistake and said they would fulfill the promotion to 18 months. I explained to the bank that they had offered me 24 months interest free at Homedepot. they said that they could only do 18 month and they never mentioned anythying about the interest it would generate at the end of the Promotion. In XXXX of 2023 I noticed there was $ XXXX of interest to the balance. I called the bank and tried to reason with them about the interest added. their response was that the promotion was over and that the interest was generated througth the 18 months. i explained that they offered me 24 month interest free at the store. and that the interest was never mentioned to me. the bank said that they could not extend the promotion because they had already extended from XXXX months to 18 months interest free. Citibank did not honor the promotion. i offere to keep paying the balance which was aproximately $ XXXX if they removed the {$1100.00} added to my balance I have always made payment and have always made payments exceeding the minimun that citibank would require monthly.I decided to cancel the credit card and have stopped making payments until they remove the interest that they added. my promotion has not reached the 24 month interest free that was offered to me and I was never told that the account would generate interest throughout the promion period, why did the offer me 24 months interest free if the account generates interest and that interest is added to the account. that is mileading. at the moment I am barely making ends meet and connot afford that extra {$1100.00} in interest. i can keep paying the original ballance if they remove the {$1100.00} interest plus the fees that the acount has generated up to present day. please help

This XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 3-Device 1-Year Subscription was canceled on XX/XX/XXXX. Proof of cancellation attached. Spoke many, many times with XXXX XXXX, customer service and the billing department. XXXX XXXX confirmed it has been canceled on each of my dozen phone calls. Every time I was promised by Best Buy that I would receive a cancellation email in writing but each time they did not deliver. Billing department opened Case # XXXX and I was assured that the refund is coming back to my credit card. After my last call on XX/XX/XXXX with customer service in the credit card department, the representative requested that I fax a proof of cancellation and he created a dispute number. I am looking for a reversal of all charges and my credit card balance brought to XXXX. P.S. I did not voluntarily purchase XXXX or XXXX. It was done without my knowledge.
