Consumer Complaint: I receive a defect product ( {$220.00}, motherboard ) from XXXX. I win dispute in XXXX for full refund and seller pay return postage. I find the return postage is $ XXXX and seller does not agree to pay ( Attach : XXXX ) Aliexpress.com dispute resolution requires refund after product received by seller within limited time. If seller not wants pay, I can pay in advance but will pay back by coupon which only can use in XXXX but I do not want to buy anything from liexpress.com. ( Attach : XXXX ) By fore see this situation I call credit card for dispute. After wait XXXX weeks I did not receive letter ask support document. I call in ask why? Answer ask me just wait and see. The credit card transaction date show XX/XX/XXXX. Due to previous experience I Email support documents at XX/XX/XXXX and through secure message then response Email again on XX/XX/XXXX. ( Attach : XXXX ) later XX/XX/XXXX. Note : same documents will contain new info along the date accordingly. I keep work on XXXX. They agree refund me without return product but the fund is locked. They ask me withdraw credit dispute give them formal letter from credit card saying credit card dispute have withdrawn. I did not withdraw due to I am sure defect product 100 % can get money back. I do not know what happen after withdraw. ( Attach : XXXX ) But I get credit card dispute failed letter. I do not understand but find reason for dispute code. XXXX XXXX it find the code is for fraud. First time I call Citibank dispute center get ignored then I call again emphasize the correct code should be defect product. The case reopened in XX/XX/XXXX. It is past XXXX month. ( Attach : How_I_find_code_error.pdf, XXXX ) The key failures are fake up dispute is fraud without ask, fail to read what my submitted in XXXX and unwilling take responsibility after find mistake. Those are management problems. After that, I keep try help Citibank get money from seller. In my view let bad seller get money is the worst. You can find detail in ( aXXXX XXXX XXXX. Consumer Complaint: I disputed a unauthorized charge from XX/XX/year> for {$140.00}. Citi looked into this and the vendor ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) said we received the merchandise to our HOME ADDRESS so they reversed the charge back to me. I then took it upon myself to look into delivery options from XXXX XXXX XXXX and they do not offer shipping to home address and will only email the tickets to the purchaser. The email address used was not mine or my wife 's so that is how they stole our identity and purchased tickets ... nothing was sent to my home address and I contacted Citi and explained this to them but they still won't reverse the charge and have delayed this for almost 6 months now and are charging late fees and interest and constantly calling me to make payment. I have called them many times asking what else they need from me to prove this was an unauthorized payment and they say they are looking into it... nothing ever gets done and I am fed up with them treating me like a criminal as we had 4 charges total that were unauthorized on XX/XX/year> and they deemed 3 of the 4 charges not mine but keep trying to get me to pay for this 4th charge even though our identity was stolen on this date and they all used my wife 's name and address but a different email address, not ours.

Consumer Complaint: My CD ending in XXXX matured on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I looked at the account and saw it rolled into a .05 % CD not the 5.25 % I was expecting. Rates must have changed between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I get that. When I contacted Citi bank several times they insisted i be charges a {$12.00} early withdrawal fee. As you can see in the attached renewal notice I had from the maturity date to XXXX calendar days after to change my mind which would be XX/XX/XXXX. The CD matured for {$100000.00} but CD only transferred {$100000.00} leaving a penalty of {$12.00}. I cant confirm that's what the {$12.00} was because Citi wont let me see transactions online for the CD since it closed and only shows the net transfer amount on the savings account. No notice was created when the CD closed and transferred. I spent XXXX hours on the phone with their XXXX call center who did not even understand what I was saying let alone willing to help. Citi 's only other recourses are chat or mail, no email contact ability. Chat was useless as well. It referred me back to the call center.
