Consumer Complaint: used a moving service, during our move from XXXX XXXX XXXX, and the carrier did not deliver the goods as promised, they charged 30 % on credit card and took rest in cash. it's been more than 10 months and no resolution from the movers and also credit card is not giving back funds and supporting the mover even after they did not deliver the services as promised. the services agreed is to deliver my goods from point a to point b and they did not deliver all the goods, so it's not honoring the contract and they need to refund my amount.

Consumer Complaint: Summary for my experience CitiBank at XXXX : I opened up a checking account on XX/XX/XXXX with Citibank over the phone with an Agent with the understanding that it would earn a $ XXXX bonus if I kept $ XXXX in the account for a certain period of time. I met this requirement, but when the time had lapsed for the bonus to payout, I chatted on XX/XX/XXXX to see what was going on and a case was opened. I then chatted on XX/XX/XXXX I was told that my account had qualified for the bonus payout, but I was missing a XXXX for the bonus payout to proceed. I was told at this time I could fax it and I did so. I then called on XX/XX/XXXX and was told there was no XXXX on record and that I would need to mail it as this was something you could not fax in. I dropped off the completed XXXX in the mail the next day on XX/XX/XXXX. I then followed up today XX/XX/XXXX in a phone call and the XXXX says my account now does not qualify, but they do have the XXXX on file. I complained and explained that in previous chats with Citi agents, they said it had qualified. I am now waiting for a response that they say will take XXXX business days to respond. Because of the way I have been treated in regards to not getting the promised bonus, I started doing an internet search to see if others have been treated the same way where the bonus was not paid out. I did find the exact runaround from a post online where Citi did not pay out the bonus. This seems to be methodical process the Citi is using to not pay bonuses. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I made two check mobile deposits to citi bank for {$410.00} and {$1600.00}. Two days later I was unable to login on the app. I contacted customer service and I was told that my account was blocked for fraud and they needed to verify my checks. I provided all information required and was told it can take up to 60 days. Then XX/XX/XXXX I received email my account will close. I contacted them again that day and they said the check was reported as fraud because they couldnt verify checks. Basically giving me run around so I then went to XXXX XXXX XXXX that day. They verified check was legit and already cashed by citi bank and they didn't know why they were holding check. So I waited and then I went back to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX they checked XX/XX/XXXX that they saw citi bank reject the check but are still holding money. They recommend I got to branch so I did that day. Drove there the teller at citi bank called fraud dept and she said that they're decision was final. I must wait. It has been a whole month I need my money for bills

Consumer Complaint: Citibank reduced my Available Credit Limit from {$12000.00} to {$4000.00} although I have current low utilization, pay on time and been a good standing customer for years. I made a payment for {$8100.00} on XX/XX/2023 resulting in a XXXX balance. Then they reduce by balance by {$8000.00}, it's abuse of power and taking advantage of customers after they pay their bills and handle the credit facility properly. By reducing my available credit limit it immediately has negative impacts to my credit score ; my utilization, for Citi Card, now significantly increased from less than 15 % to now more than 50 % directly attributed to Citi reducing my credit limit by more than {$8000.00}. These credit card companies receive your payments, then just decrease for credit limit, without any reason or justification, which then has an immediate negative impact on your credit score directly attributed to increased utilization directly created by the credit card company decreasing for limit and not increased outstanding balance. These credit card companies abuse their financial power and just cut credit limits without any justification which then has immediate negative impacts to the customer without. Pure abuse of power and financial leverage
