I know What is being done to me is illegal and was set in place for me to fail. How can i pay {$20000.00} on a used vehicle that was priced at XXXX and only XXXX be put towards my actual loan. Consumer Complaint: Nine fraudulent accounts have been opened through Capital One under my name, my wife 's name or under our address in the last 6 months. Capital one is impotent in the there ability to defend against fraudulent accounts through their online sign up. We are not customers of Capital one and they continue to send credit card offers through the mail to us. We block all credit card and bank offers through the XXXX opt out. Based on the opt out, we are being harassed by capital one. I need to know my options for taking this to the next level? Do I file a lawsuit? Nothing seems to prevent these idiots from allowing yet another account under our names. Please help...

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I made a payment of {$290.00} on My CapitalOne Card. Usually the payment is posted and available within minutes. I use this card with XXXX pay on my phone. After several days of no available credit. I called customer service. I was told my funds would be held for 26 days. I asked why, I was told CapitalOne has the right to hold payments at any time for any amount of time per Federal credit card guidelines. I asked again what did I do wrong. They could not give me an answer. My money is being held XXXX. Because of this I have incurred overdraft charges in my bank account. I feel like I have been singled out for some reason. Also, approximately a month prior to this I made another payment for {$130.00}. The second I clicked ok for the payment a XXXX block popped up and said your account is locked. I called customer service. They needed to verify that it was me making the payments. I have used the same account for every payment I had to spend 2 hours on a three-way call with Capitoline and my bank.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, My claim with Capital One was denied on XX/XX/XXXX because " The info we got from the merchant shows this is a valid transaction '' for a total of {$900.00}. I initially filed a claim months prior as I had returned 2 orders to XXXX but never received a refund for the orders. In the middle of my return process ( after the items had been shipped ), I received an email from XXXX stating they are closing my account due to duplicate accounts being found. However, the only reason I created a second XXXX account is because my prior account was linked to my student XXXX, which I no longer have access to as I have graduated. Upon calling XXXX numerous times, they were unable to process my refund or locate my package. Therefore, I filed a claim with Capital One to further investigate in XXXX of XXXX. Upon receiving the claim, XXXX reached out to me through email on XX/XX/XXXX, specifically requesting tracking for the package I had returned. Please see photo attached showing proof I provided the tracking label as requested. I never received a response from XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX, presumably as I called Capital One and asked to reinvestigate. As seen attached, I responded to XXXX with all necessary information, yet still did not receive a response, even though they stated someone would get back to me in the next 72 hours. I forwarded all this to Capital One, as told by the representative on the phone, on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX. I received a response from Capital One on XX/XX/XXXX, stating my claim was denied again due to not providing necessary information, even though I did. I then called Capital One again on XX/XX/XXXX and resent the same email with all information regarding the case as they requested. They then said they would investigate. However, I once again was denied XX/XX/XXXX, stating " we didn't find any errors for this amount after checking the docs the merchant provided. '' Please assist as I been consistently providing information requested by both XXXX and Capital One, only to not only be ignored but ultimately denied.

After this not being available on my account, i was told to wait and keep checking. on XX/XX/23, i spoke to a supervisor from Capital One who told me that there was no balance transfer offer and even though it may have shown that it was part of the offer- Capital One has the discretion to decide who gets balance transfer. This was the only reason i signed up for the card.
