Consumer Complaint: After checking all three of my credit reports I noticed on all reports it showed this account that I have with this credit card company was a pay to delete account that I requested and also upheld my end of the arrangement by paying off in full over two years ago in counting. Not only did the credit company update the account as paid and closed they DID NOT remove this account off NONE of my three credit profiles with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and this account was also charged off meaning they were made twice for this account, once by me and the other by IRS. I also never received my 1099 in the mail for this debt that has been paid twice for this account XXXX that has been paid for already. In According with the Fair Credit Reporting Act the following companies previously listed above has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681-602A states I have right to privacy. 15USC 1681-604A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.

I received email stating following Re : Claim # XXXX for account ending in XXXX XXXX XXXX, We're investigating your disputed transaction ( s ). In the meantime, we deposited a temporary credit into your account on XX/XX/XXXX, for {$1700.00}. This money is immediately available, but may be removed as a result of our investigation. We'll also reimburse you for any related interest, finance charges and/or fees within one business day. This reimbursement will be reflected in your account transaction history and on your monthly statement. If your account is closed during the investigation, we reserve the right to reopen it to remove the temporary credit depending on the result of our investigation. If your account balance becomes negative because of this action, you'll be responsible for the balance. We may contact you if we need additional info and we'll be in touch with the outcome of our investigation. on XX/XX/XXXX I received a credit for {$210.00} and 4 credit of XXXX XXXX credit of XXXX interest paid back to my account. I have called Capital One Bank 4 times and have been given different information. Someone told me it was error and remaining funds would be credit 24 to 48 hours still didn't received so I called back and was placed on hold when I asked for manager for over 1hr and I waited until I couldn't wait any longer. I called again and was told my complaint would be escalated and they see the issue still no credit. I want my remaining funds deposit to my account and for Capital One Bank to get a better system in place as most of the employees are international and have no clue what they are doing. Capital One being such a big financial institution need better training.

Consumer Complaint: I have a Capitol one XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. All of a sudden I receive a charge for {$85.00}, charged to that credit card. I simply proceeded to pay it, because they claim that there was involved a late fee charge. T original charge was XXXX dollars plus {$29.00} late fee, and also an interest charge of {$1.00}. When I realized that I didn't authorized the charge, then I call to claim, and the person that I speak with, just gave me pointless justifications. I ask him to allow me to speak to a supervisor, and he refuse to do so. Button line, I never authorize this charges, I was charged late fee, and interest, on something that was an agreement between Capital One, and XXXX 's credit card, without my consent.

Consumer Complaint: Capital One is refusing to properly review my detailed evidence for a merchant that scammed me by selling me a defective vending machine. The vending machine I received from XXXX did not work or has not worked, since I received it. My electrician concluded that the voltage was too high for the XXXX, standard XXXX voltage is XXXX the machine I received was XXXX. Capital One is neglecting the fact that I was misled by the company which has created an extreme hardship for my business and personal finances. The merchant claimed that the machine was placed outside and it was not, the machine was moved the same day it was delivered to an outdoor outlet mall under XXXX covered roofs XXXX that is made from cement. The merchant lied about this fact and I also sent them several videos of where the machine was located. I'm attaching an image of my replacement machine that is in the exact same location as the faulty machine I received from the merchant. This evidence I provided needs to be properly reviewed. Capital One is being extremely negligent with my claim.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX Capitol One without prior notice closed my savings account with all my savings in it in the amount of {$22000.00}, and they have delayed the process of giving me that money, even after several phone calls with manager level representatives. I called Capitol One the day the account was closed on XX/XX/XXXX and talked to a manager in the customer service department they told me that they couldn't find a reason why the account was closed, saying that it looks like an email from the office of the president of their company close the account. I told them that I needed access to my money as soon as possible. The representative told me that they could cancel the check and electronically transfer the money. Thinking this would be the fastest way to get my money. I asked them to do this. I gave them my new address because the address they had on file where they sent the check is an old mailing address. I followed up on XX/XX/XXXX with another phone call and another manager in their customer representative section. They told me that there was no answer from the president 's office about why my account was closed and that it appears that they were still attempting to cancel the check, the initial time frame I was given of getting my money in a few days was not met and this manager told me that perhaps on XXXX or XXXX of the next week on XX/XX/XXXX my money would arrive to my bank account. On XX/XX/XXXX I called the bank again after receiving an email from Capital One saying that I had to sign an affidavit and get a notarized, spending my own money, and mail it back to them in order to stop payment on the check and to initiate any transfer my money to me and that this could take up to 95 days. I could not wait 95 days to get this money so I called again and I spoke to another manager. The information about my complaint on this day is below for tracking purposes. That manager attempted to get the money from the original check that was mailed to me and that I had originally been told could be canceled quickly uncancelceled so I could cash the original check sent to me. She told me that she could not find any notes in the system from the president 's office explaining why my account was closed. Ticket number : XXXX Badge number : XXXX, name : XXXX XXXX team I have been denied funds for my own bank account for a week now and this is critical because I was told by them originally when this account was closed that I could get it back quickly in a few days. This is not true. They're now attempting to hold my money for 95 days. On top of that, they have not done any due diligence to explain to me why this bank account was closed, which is a complete mystery to me to this day.
