Consumer Complaint: Comeniity bank is reporting XXXX account for XXXX XXXX opened back in XXXX XXXX. One account is open an a good status the second is charged off. After I pulled my credit report and found out.I contacted the credit Bureaus and I file a dispute requesting proof, evidence of why they open XXXX account same day and validation of the debt, I did the claim over the phone and also by mail. I did contacted the community bank too, and after customer services pulled my info the told the charge off account was open with a different address they transfer me over to the fraud Department they listen my request and asked me to send a mail to formal start a dispute, I was also contacted to a Collection company who claim to own the account I request the same thing and the only send me a letter asking me to pay the debt, not XXXX has been provide my request. Also if they sold the account to another company why they are reporting to my credit. How come XXXX accounts was opened under my name same day and I was only aware about XXXX account, even XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX confirmed that in their system show I have XXXX account in good stand they are fail to provide any information. I am requesting proof of the XXXX credit applications with validation of the debt and any documents relate to those XXXX accounts or they need to delete the second account.

Consumer Complaint: There is a XXXXXXXX XXXX account reporting on my credit report. Ive submitted multiple disputes for this account with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX due to the inaccuracy of the account. XX/XX/XXXX I received notice of an account that was disputed via online and it came back again verified and updated. XXXX XXXX I mailed a certified letters to all three bureaus in regards to this account. XX/XX/XXXX I received notice of an account that disputed via online and it came back verified. XX/XX/XXXX I received another update to that account that it is now open The first issue I have is that the issue company is reporting a balance when in reality the company has wrote the debt off and has been able to get money in collateral for the tax wrote off. The second issue that I have is I never received any documents about this account. No information on closing of account, no tax documents were sent to me as far as the write off goes becuse it was reporting as my debt. The icing on top of the cake is when I received an alert today XXXX XXXX via XXXX saying I had a new delenquent account that was open. And the account was for XXXX for XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Opened charge card in XX/XX/2023. Charged in XXXX but did not receive charge card or any communication from the store regarding charge card or payment process to pay due to XXXX XXXX does not handle the XXXX XXXX in-store. Was told they did not even have the information to give me on how to contact the charge card company. Finally, after 4 visits I was given the name of Comedity bank for payment. I paid the first bill and then the second. But had not used the card again due to the extremely ridiculous payment process. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called Comedity and had the account closed. At that time, the bank said there was a XXXX late fee on the account and she would remove the fee due to it being a late fee. I asked her how there was a late fee when the card was not used and she didn't know. The card was closed by me in XXXX and according to my credit report XX/XX/XXXX, the card was no longer operational. Imagine my surprise to open my XXXX XXXX and see XXXX XXXX stating I owed {$95.00}! After the circle and looping of multiple calls. I finally was told that I was charged another XXXX in late fees and since I did not pay that along with finance charges on a XXXX balance, I am now being charged XXXX the some other kinds of charges. This is an outrage. First I don't get the charge card or a way to pay the bill, then they charge me for being late, which I was not, and then charge late fees and finance charges on late fees and finance charges.

Consumer Complaint: My XXXX statement period ended XX/XX/2023, the balance was reported to the credit bureaus on XX/XX/2023, per the information on my credit report. This is the same for every month prior. I paid the full statement amount on the card, over {$6000.00}, on XX/XX/2023. I knew this would not be reported to the bureaus until the statement period ended, which was XX/XX/2023. The card was also converted from a Comenity MasterCard to a Bread Financial American Express on XX/XX/2023. Bread Financial says this has had no bearing on the delayed credit reporting. They also stated they sent the reports to the bureaus on XX/XX/2023 as they do every month. This is inaccurate. The credit bureaus have not received this report. My most recent credit reporting seems to be lost between Comenity and Bread in their recent acquisition or conversion. They are required by FCRA to report my account accurately and timely, which they are not. Their response was to wait 45 days and see if it posts. This is unacceptable.
