Consumer Complaint: I submitted a payment using a negotiable instrument on XX/XX/2022 it was delivered to the company on XX/XX/2022 I called XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX on XX/XX/2022 they verified they received the payment and XX/XX/2022 and I was speaking with a supervisor and was placed on hold for over 45 minutes and I was hung up on at that point. This company is in violation of UCC 3-603. I've tendered a payment to the PAYMENTS Marked PAID IN FULL Address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX it was accepted I never received the negotiable instrument back in the mail my account was not credited in the amount of {$5200.00}. According to federal law listed below this company is now in violation and is subject to fines and penalties due to fiduciary fraud. UCC 3-501 Presentment UCC 3-502 Dishonor UCC 3-604 & 605 Discharge by cancillation or renuncation & discharge of indorsers and accomodation parties.

I did not authorize to use my information or to be given to a third party. My personal info had been breached and was fraudulently used to process transactions and open an account under my name without my consent. I did not agree to any membership, loan or credit card. I never gave authority to open such account. Please remove this account from my credit report, all of the inquiries, and block them from placing these unauthorized account on my credit. I am a victim of fraud and theft.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 statement account was paid in full. Overpayment actually. However there was small interest accrued and brought balance to {$1.00} - I did not receive any statements or email notifications of the balance. I signed up for electronic statements. I checked my junk email and nothing. So sense I didnt receive any mail or email notifications all was good. On XX/XX/2021 apparently there is a minimum finance charge and a late fee assessed to the {$1.00} which brought it to XXXX. Once again no email or mail notifications. XX/XX/2021 again another minimum finance charge and late fee and no notice or email notifications. I was closing escrow on a house in XX/XX/2021 and this showed up on my credit report. Credit dropped almost 80 points and changed the rate on my home loan and I had to pay discount points. All for {$1.00} and I wasnt notified. I did another over payment and paid all interests, late fees, and minimum finance charges. After I reached out to them I was shocked to find out they do not have a reporting threshold of XXXX or XXXX like most financial institutions. So if your late {$1.00} it will negatively effect your credit for years. Shocked! I asked for it to be reviewed by management for the small dollar amount of {$1.00}. The rep said it cant be escalated and I would need to contact XXXX or the CFPB. They would not review or help me with the XXXX Its my hope and request for the circumstances involved, the negative late reporting on my credit be removed from my credit. Just seems unreasonable and a financial hardship on the consumer for years. Im humbly requesting this be removed. Any questions please ask. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: I paid off a credit card Comenity ( XXXX ) in XX/XX/XXXX. I used my XXXX card. I kept getting calls from XXXX and called a number they left on my voice-mail. I told them I paid this off. They said they would correct it and send me a letter. They did not and reported me to the credit bureau. I disputed them with XXXX and it states account paid off never late. I have not been successful with the other credit bureaus by phone. I received another bill yesterday saying I owe XXXX and they reported me again to the credit bureaus. I called the account center automation and it said balance XXXX, acct closed the same day. I was pre-approval for a XXXX XXXX but was declined because of XXXX and my bureaus lowered my scores. I can not get a.person on equal or transunion to dispute this and I was successful with XXXX. I had this store card since XXXX and was never late. My account was closed in XXXX because the store closed yet I continued timely payments until I paid them off.

Consumer Complaint: I OPENED THE ACCOUNT IN FALL OF 2021 AND USED THE CARD TO MAKE A PURCHASE. THE BILL CAME AND I PAID IT IN FULL ON TIME, JUST LIKE ALL OF MY OTHER CREDIT CARDS. DUE TO THE XXXX HOLIDAY, MAIL IN XXXX WAS RUNNING LATE AND MY PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED LATE. I WAS CHARGED INTEREST/LATE FEE/PENALTY. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND GET A ONE TIME COURTESY REMOVAL OF INTEREST/LATE FEE/PENALTY. THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. HOWEVER, ON MY NEXT STATEMENT, NONE OF IT WAS REMOVED AND I WAS CHARGED EVEN MORE FEES/PENALTY/INTEREST. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AGAIN AND ALSO CANCELED THE CARD. AGAIN I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WOULD BE ZEROED OUT. AGAIN, ON THE NEXT STATEMENT IT WASN'T. NOW THEY REPORTED ON MY CREDIT REPORT! PLEASE HELP!! I PROMISED TO NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!

Consumer Complaint: I reached out to XXXX/COMENITY/VICTORIA in regards to missed payments from XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX till XX/XX/XXXX at the time I was confused due to a representative telling me my account was paid in full on XX/XX/XXXX upon speaking with a representative in XX/XX/XXXX I paid my account in full I was told my missed payments would be removed because of the fact that I never had access to my online account I never even got a card and the representative in XXXX told me my account was paid in full. When I noticed the payments still hadnt been updated as agreed upon I reach back out to the company letting them know I would reach out the https : XXXX in regards to starting a complaint my account was shut down. In XX/XX/XXXX this is the second time the company shut down the account with no warning and perfect XXXX history the first time was in XXXX and I had to call multiple times to get my account information reported accurately

Consumer Complaint: This is a follow-up complaint to case # XXXX. This case is UNRESOLVED! Comenity has either reversed the credits or re-charged the account. I recently filed a complaint with your organization against Comenity Credit Card due to incorrect charges, including applied interest. In late XXXX and again in XXXX, Comenity responded to the complaint indicating that they investigated the situation and applied a credit to my account for the charge in dispute. After receiving the notice from Comenity indicating they applied a credit to my account, I logged into the Comenity online system to check my balance. At that time, I had a credit of XXXX XXXX and some odd cents, and the account was closed so I was due a refund of that amount. I thought, finally, this nightmare is over. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email reminding me that I have a balance of {$780.00} on the account and I have a minimum {$30.00} payment coming up soon. I immediately called Comenity and spoke to XXXX different customer service representatives that could not tell me how I went from having a credit on this closed account to owing a balance of {$780.00}. I do NOT owe Comenity anything. It is frustrating that Comenity can continue to XXXX me with inaccurate charges and impact my credit if I don't pay. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. FYI, I have attached the notice I received from Comenity identifying the credit ( that was {$4.00} short of the actual charge ).

Consumer Complaint: Payment of {$320.00} was sent on XX/XX/2022 through USPS and was traveling from XXXX, Texas to XXXX, Texas. Company did not process payment till XX/XX/2022 which incurred a late fee assessed on XX/XX/2022. Enough time was given to send payment through USPS going XXXX miles within a state. The company is holding payments and processing them after they are recieved and causing late fees to be assessed. I have asked the company for proof of when they recieved the payment and they have not replied with any proof of the date payment was recieved. I have requested the late fee to be removed and they have denied the request.
