Without providing me with any proof, XXXX returns my disputes as updated and verified, even though information is inaccurate, incomplete, or missing. XXXX continues to ignore my legal requests for investigations into inaccurate reporting of the following accounts. 1. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : Remove this account, for inaccuracy because you are reporting a balance when there is no balance. The account is paid. Previous reports show a XXXX balance. You can not add a balance on a paid and closed account. I demand that this account be deleted immediately. 2. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : Delete for inaccuracy because you can not report an account for me with no payment history as accurate. 3. Comenity Bank/Express XXXX XXXX XXXX : Delete this account for inaccuracy, because you can not report an account for me with no payment history. 4. Consumer Complaint: Comenity bank is the servicer for XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card, I have never been late and my balance is below {$100.00}, yet they are reporting me 60 days late at all 3 bureaus and they i owe them upwards of {$400.00}. I was able to speak to a supervisor about the promotional balance and there is a current dispute on the account to fix it but when i stated that comenity was reporting me late at the bureaus, she advised she was unable to fix. would like a call from the company and would like the problem fixed

Consumer Complaint: I made a payment of {$750.00} on XX/XX/22. The payment should have been applied to each minimum promotional balance outstanding. However, the payment appears to have just been randomply applied to one specfic promotional balance. If this is not fixed I will potentially have to pay interst on promotional balances that are coming due that were not appropriately credit. I tried e-mailing and calling and no one can help.

Consumer Complaint: Made a payment on XXXX that was acknowledged by the company and showed in online transactions but was charged late fees and interest. Called on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. They finally reversed the charges but called it a XXXX time friendly gesture. Paid again on XXXX and again they have charged me interest and a late fee. Have spent XXXX separate sessions of over an hour on hold but then they disconnect me. Am paying off the balance today and will not use the card again but very frustrated. I have never paid late in my life!

Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to get this company to give me an itemized billing statement about the debt they claim I owe and they continue to give me shady responses, prolonging the process. I have sent numrerous letters to the creditor and they respond by stalling or sending me in circles. The last letter I sent was in XXXX and they responded with a letter stating verified but there is no proof.
