Consumer Complaint: XXXX ( comenity bank ) had an update to their system and they said that they would not charge late fees, or report to the credit bureaus. They charged me a late fee which caused me to go over the limit and they reported it to the credit bureau. They have not updated my credit bureau since XXXX of XXXX so it is showing that I'm over the credit limit .... I'm beyond done with comenity because they are just ruining my credit score!

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2022, I was considering purchasing a product through Shop Indoor Golf. They use Bread Financial for their financing. At that time, they sent me and adverse action counteroffer letter stating that they could not approve me for the full amount requested. The decline reason was " Estimated Ability to Repay ''. During the quick application process, they only requested my name, address, DOB and last 4 of my SSN. They never asked anything pertaining to my income. I have an XXXX credit score, am a homeowner and have a low DTI. Not sure how they can estimate or guess my ability to repay. Are they able to do it because I live in XXXX, Colorado or due to my XXXX last name. I ended up applying with XXXX and instantly was approved with 0 % interest. I have had credit for almost 20 years and do not have one negative mark on credit. I truly feel discriminated against and don't want others to feel the way I felt when I was declined due to their guesswork.

Since XXXX none of my points have transferred to the Sony XXXX XXXX I contacted both parties and they were only able to tell me they are working on it and to be patient. It has been over 2 months at this point. I want real answers and I want my points. I use them often so this has really hindered me and neither party seems to care.

Consumer Complaint: Based on, 15 U.S. Code 1681c-2 a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that results from an alleged identity theft, no later then 4 business days after the date of receipt. It has been 30 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identity theft! Please delete these items as soon as possible! These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are in Violation! Under 15 U.S. Code 1681b- permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other. ( 2 ) In accordance with the WRITTEN INSTRUCTION of the consumer to whom it relates. I NEVER gave any consumer reporting agency WRITTEN CONSENT to report anything on my consumer report which violates my rights as a federal protected consumer. NO CONSENT IS IDENTITY THEFT. As a consumer I am demanding the deletion of the accounts listed IMMEDIATELY.

Consumer Complaint: Bread Savings will not add my spouse as a joint owner on the Certificate of Deposit Account opened on XX/XX/2022. The original complaint was filed with the FDIC and then the FDIC turned the complaint over to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The CFPB followed up and was able to get a generic response from Bread Savings that is not to my satisfaction. I am requesting that this complaint be submitted once again and that Bread Savings be required to provide a response that is comprehensive. I also want to know why Bread Savings would not answer me directly when asked why they denied my wife to be a joint account owner. The funds that were transferred to Bread Savings came from a joint account.
