Consumer Complaint: I placed an order on XX/XX/2022 for XXXX in which the credit numbers did not match so they were issuing a new card. But they put this charge on old account ending in XXXX. I then returned some items and paid the remaining balance. However these transactions went against the new account, ending in XXXX. Now I am receiving a bill for the account ending in XXXX which comenity bank claims does not exist. I have had multiple trouble tickets opened since XXXX and have spoken to numerous customer reps and supervisors. Every month I receive a new bill for XXXX plus my new account ending XXXX. I believe this all occurred during a major software update and I keep telling them that this has to go to the computer division to look into their old files and remove this account. I have all dates, names and bills

Consumer Complaint: I never opened this card, it was fraud, along with another XXXX. This is the only card I have contacted numerous times I called them and they have had excuses but it has never been deleted as promised. In XXXX I believe I spoke to XXXX, he took the initial report and said it'd be fixed right away. Nothing was fixed, so I filed with XXXX, twice and they still didn't fix it. I called back again in XXXX and spoke to a XXXX again in the fraud department, who stated that it had been marked wrong and that he would fix it and it would be deleted, I also spoke with a supervisor named XXXX who also promised it was corrected. Today I got a call from them first time since XXXX, to tell me I was behind in payments, I told her the story again and they switched me over again to the fraud department, who NEVER answers when you call them, I was on hold for over XXXX minutes and no answer. I have been fighting them to delete this for well over 9 months now and they haven't fixed it still!! It is still on my credit report and I never opened this card. Comenity Bank Ulta XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: The retail associate from Victoria Secret opened a credit card under my information without properly explaining the entire details. It was projected as a " rewards card '', I was never told that it was a credit card. Few months later I started getting bills for transactions I did not make. I called the company to help me, they never really resolved it,. I recently just checked with my XXXX report and there are anomalies like payments made which I never did. I did not even know the card existed in the first place. So now its a whole mess and I need this taken out of my report for it is affecting my history.

Issue: Getting a credit card
Subissue: Problem getting a working replacement card
Consumer Complaint: I have had a credit card ( XXXX XXXX XXXX Account ) that was associated with XXXX XXXX XXXX. The card was apparently sold to Comenity ( according to email I received ). I never received the replacement card and I saw my credit score drop by over 70 points. I eventually got a credit card statement from Comenity ( with a positive balance of ~ {$100.00} ), which included a phone number to call. I called them three times to tell them that I never received the credit card. On the third call, I told them that the card must be lost in the mail and that they should issue a replacement and XXXX it to me. Comenity agreed and told me I would get the replacement in 3-5 days. Well, it did not arrive in that time period, so I called the company again today about the missing card, and they once again said to just wait for it to arrive. I never wanted to business with this company, and I certainly did not agree to a new credit card ( as I did not want my credit score to go down ). I want to cancel this card entirely now, but I don't want my credit score dinged again. What are my options?
