Consumer Complaint: I have been an XXXX XXXX card member for 20 years when XXXX was using XXXX XXXX XXXX as their finical bank for their credit card. I never had a problem and thing always worked just find in receiving my money for Cash Back points earn on purchases, etc. Recently, XXXX change banks ( About a little on a month ago ) they now use Comenity Capital Bank to manage their XXXX XXXX XXXX credit Card without any notice given to the consumers. How I found out was when I went to login my account and I couldnt get in. I had to call to find out why. They gave me a number to call and said, everything including my points earned, outstanding balances, payments made online, etc. were transferred to the new bank called Comenity Capital Bank. On XX/XX/XXXX, I transferred some of my points form Comenity Capital Bank to receive {$190.00} wired to my checking account ( Information they have on file ). After not seeing the money transferred into my checking account. I called them inquiring about the transaction of {$190.00} not showing up in my checking account. But it shows on my credit card statement that the transaction was made, and the points were deducted from my account. Credit. But no money was transferred to checking account. In the first call, they said, it takes a few days to show up in your account. So, I gave it a couple of weeks. I still didnt see it there. I called again. That person said, it takes about 10 days for the wire transfer to get to your bank and with the holiday being on Friday the XXXX it should be there on the XXXX of XXXX. I checked again, and sure enough it wasnt there. So, I decided to wait a few more days to give it some time. I called again today for the third time. This person said, you need to contact your bank and asked them, we wired the payment out on XX/XX/XXXX, and it should have transferred over on the XXXX. I asked him for some information like transfer # or something I could provide the bank. He replied, I dont have that information. Your bank should know. So, I contacted my bank and they looked into this and even sent me an email follow up stating there is no transaction from Comenity Capital Bank to me for the {$190.00}. I called again, and the person on the phone said, i will open a depute and someone will call you in XXXX hours. It was Wednesday the XXXX and XXXX being the next day I waited for the call on Friday the XXXX of XXXX. No phone call. I called the next day Saturday the XXXX and this person who answered the phone said, I don't see any depute on this account. Consumer Complaint: XXXX is incorrectly reporting this closed credit card info. They show a payment history and updated information where there is none. The card has been closed for years with no activity at all! They show no information that's accurate. So for their error they decided to update the account to their specifications avoiding the legal ramifications associated with falsely placing information on credit reports per the FCRA! None of the info they show is accurate and the dispute is a mute point!! They never corrected information even after I demanded they do so!!! I'm including Comenity Bank in this complaint to correct the information since XXXX can't seem to figure out anything or how to do anything right. My dispute is with XXXX for always reporting inaccurate information on my credit!

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/ I purchased a rocker/recliner online from XXXX XXXX for {$300.00} using my XXXX XXXX credit card. The recliner was shipped to XXXX XXXX in XXXX, NC XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX. The recliner was sent back to the warehouse because I was informed by the manager named XXXX XXXX that I missed the four day time limit by one day. I was not informed about four day time limit. I did not get the recliner, but I received a bill for {$300.00} in XXXX. I made several attempts to XXXX XXXX Customer Service and to Comenity Capital Bank to try to resolve this matter by checking my account and to have this charge to be taken off of my credit report. My credit score went from XXXX to XXXX because it was fraudulent reporting. I received an email from XXXX XXXX on XXXX informing me that the information would be sent to the District Manager of the local XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was given a case number, but nothing has happened about the charge sent to the credit bureaus. Thank you very much

Consumer Complaint: I signed up for the XXXX XXXX XXXX, administered by XXXX, directly from the XXXX XXXX XXXX website when they were offering a promotion. My application was approved on or within a week before XXXX XXXX. The promotion was that I would receive {$100.00} for opening the account and an additional {$50.00} for spending {$500.00} within a specified timeframe of 60 days. I met both requirements but did not receive the bonus. It has been more than 60 days past meeting the bonus requirements, and over 100 days since the account was opened. The original timeframe did not have a schedule on it of when it would be released, but from previous offers with other credit card issues, that seems to be the standard.

Consumer Complaint: This new complaint is in connection with case # XXXX related to a payment on my credit card account ( XXXX ) that Comenity is alleging was found on a close account. This payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX and the money was found on XX/XX/XXXX. Therefore the bank held onto my money for 130 days. I reviewed the status of my account for notes that were made as of XX/XX/XXXX and I am not being properly compensated for the interest that should accrue to me using a 17.24 % credit card interest rate. What is reflected on my By 's credit card accounts ( serviced by Comenity Capital bank is a return of finance charges in the amount of {$180.00} which is not acceptable. Using the interest rate charged to customers ( 17.24 % ), I am due a minimum of {$400.00} using a simple interest rate calculation.
