Consumer Complaint: I have 7 Chargeoff accounts on my credit report ( Express, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Forever 21 and Victoria 's Secret ). I have made several attempts to dispute these charges because when i called the collection agency ( XXXX XXXX ) they very first told me i was no longer obliagted to pay and try to settle the debt and sent me formal letters of deletion in the mail. However, i can not find these letters. That was XX/XX/XXXX. Just recently on XX/XX/XXXX i attempted to call Commenity bank because this is the address that shows up on my credit report as lender info however the representative told me there was no record of collection agency that it was sold to and that it normally sells to XXXX credit so i called there. The representative at XXXX XXXX XXXX, when i gave her my social said that there is no information on file coming up by my social and that i would need to contact the legal department there on Monday morning. i should not have to carry around debt that i am not able to settle because my accounts can not be found anywhere.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, Comenity Capital Bank took over the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX. From XXXX to XXXX we had charges of {$3600.00} on this card. The bill we received on XXXX was still from XXXX XXXX XXXX and we paid it in full with check # XXXX for {$3600.00} ( had few cents credit from prior bill ). Mailed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX financial devices in XXXX, DE XXXX. For unknown reasons, this check was not cashed and forwarded to Comenity Bank until XXXX. As a result, Comenity has charged me {$38.00} interest and {$28.00} late fee. Both of these charges I dispute as I paid the total card charges on XXXX which is XXXX weeks before the due date ( cancelled check clearly shows this ). I can not be penalized with interest charges due to the problems XXXX XXXX XXXX and Comenity Bank had in handling over the XXXX XXXX business. Despite multiple phone calls to Comenity Bank, I have been unable to get this resolved and continue to get threats about reporting to the Credit Score agencies..According to my charges and payments, they actually owe me about {$5.00} but that is to be sorted out later once interest charge is removed.

Consumer Complaint: I let the company know about how I tried to make payments back in XX/XX/2022 but was not able to due to the company crashing. I also gave them multiple phone calls to pay my payments but was never spoken to anyone due to high demand calls. I was repeatedly hung up, redirected or never directed to anyone in the company to make a payment during any of this time period from XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX It wasnt until XXXX where they were supposed to put me on a payment plan of only charging me XXXX XXXX for 3 months to erase the late charges they accused me of but once I called back in XXXX they mistakenly never put me on a payment plan. So now they have me on a new plan with another charge of XXXX XXXX plus the late fee charges.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter last summer 2022. It stated that my current XXXX XXXX XXXX was going to be replaced by an new XXXX thru Comenity Capital Bank. I received the new card and on XXXX, 2022 I activated the new card and registered for my online account. I received a confirmation email indicating that I activated my card & registered for an online account. I then tired login but could not and thought it would maybe take a day or so to be completed. Well after several weeks went by and now needing to make a payment I tried logging in again and still could not get into my registered account. The several times that I would login I would always get a message stating that there is no email on file & they have to contact me. Again they sent me a an email after I registered and activated the card as it was required. So I called to make my pymt & told them the problem I was having and they said they are working on correcting it. Then a few weeks later I received an email from the president apologizing for the problems that many customers were having. So today XX/XX/XXXX I thought all should be ok as I received an email about my online statement being available. Again I can't get into my account. I get a message stating that no email is on file with them. They have my email as I confirmed it with them when I made my first pymt to them by phone and also received about 5 emails from them since XXXX XXXX.
