Consumer Complaint: For years now Ive been fighting with this company Comenity Bank to dispute fraudulent charges thats on my personal credit report. This business is report and that I owe a company name XXXX XXXX over XXXX which I personally never collected because this account was never opened in my acknowledgement or consent. I believe the account was open sometime in XXXX and Ive been fighting since then to get these fraudulent charges off my credit report. another company is XXXX XXXX theyre stating that I owe them over XXXX, from XXXX. This account as well, its not mines, or was an open to my acknowledgment or to my consent. The previous home that I was in I left my personal wallet in my phone inside of a hidden closet inside of a closet totally forgot about it. The house was remodeled and whoever went inside that cubby space has access to my personal information.

I blocked the numbers but theyre calling with different number after I blocked. I got the call and tried to ask what is this call for, but it was robo call and hang up by them. I tried to call their customer service but they dont allow to call them unless I have account which is I dont have. I was not able to contact them.

Consumer Complaint: A check was sent to Comenity Bank to pay off my XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. The check for {$5900.00} was received on XX/XX/2022. As of XX/XX/XXXX, the check has not posted to my account. Another check was received by Comenity Bank on XX/XX/XXXX for {$140.00} that was posted on XX/XX/XXXX, but the larger check still hasn't posted. I have called the customer service line and complained and they said they don't have any way to communicate with the payment department to follow up on the payment.
