Consumer Complaint: I have a comenity Ulta card XXXX. XXXX In XXXX of 2022 I made XXXX payments totalling {$700.00}. Ulta never received them. My bank proved they were sent. Then I get XXXX statements from Ulta. XXXX is MY OLD CLOSED acct with a {$700.00} CREDIT! XXXX We figured out where it went and next month I still got XXXX statements but now my old card had XXXX balance XXXX they cut me a check for {$350.00} and I had a {$350.00} payment applied to my current Ulta XXXX acct. NOW I hv a balance of {$380.00} And theyre charging me interest! STOP these late fees and interest! This acct needs to be CLOSED and that balance needs to be negated. Consumer Complaint: I called comenity bank about my Zales balance still showing {$1700.00} balance when I paid it off in XX/XX/XXXX. They said that they had computer issues and have not been able to update accounts, but were in the process of fixing the issue. That was XX/XX/XXXX. I tried talking to them again today and they didnt seem to understand my issue and gave me the number for XXXX XXXX but I couldnt get anything except a report from that company, which I do not need to buy. I have been trying to clean my report off completely and that was the last debt aside from my mortgage that I needed off to get the score that I need. Thank you for your time.

Consumer Complaint: Comenity BankXXXX XXXX XXXX is always " down '' which prohibits my ability to pay online or via the company 's phone app. When I try to make a phone payment they rarely answer the phone and on the off chance that I do get a live person, I explain to them the technical " glitch '' ( this is a direct quote from their website when you try to log in ), I haven't been able to make a payment. The customer service rep on the other end of the phone shows zero interest in this problem and just wants the money. I believe this is a scam to collect late fees. This specific company also has a term in their " terms and conditions '' that you are approved a " much lower APR '' than what you would normally get but " repeated instances of late or non-payment will result in the APR increasing '', this increase is pushing 30 %!!!! If the company doesn't want me money, that's fine, I shouldn't have to chase down a creditor to pay what I owe them. The flip side to this is that I have voicemails on my phone where the company calls me to collect because, obviously, payments are late and these calls are made at very odd and inconvenient hours, usually between XXXX and XXXX. This problem needs to be corrected or they need to relinquish their accounts to another creditor that can handle the business.

I don't owe them anything and they're paid in full! My last call was on XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX only to recieve more excuses and that she doesn't know why Bread XXXX hasn't returned me back my money when they were over paid. This is a on going problem with this company. I make my payments on time or before time never being late and want allow anyone to tallkes whats mines!!!!!! Bread XXXX wants their money on time or your charged a later fee. I want mines also with interest and will be asking the court just for that, if this matter isn't resolved! These people think they can talk to you any kind of way and when you give them back what they give you. They play crazy with a lies. This is fraud and my next step will be small claims court.

Consumer Complaint: My account with Comenity has always been on minimum balance autopay since it was opened in XXXX of XXXX. I decided to switch my account to maximum balance autopay on XX/XX/XXXX. After processing this transaction online through Comenity, I received an email confirmation. However, Comenity failed to process auto payments for XXXX and XXXX. I reached out to Comenity on XXXX XXXX and expressed concerns about the failed autopayments, late fees, and the negative results of what would now be my credit score. Comenity waived the late fees, and I was told to reach out to the credit bureaus myself. I asked to speak with someone in their credit department to assist me with a letter stating the situation but was unsuccessful. I have attached the email confirmation of my autopay request. My account with Comenity has always been paid, and now with failed autopayments that Comenity did not see through and I'm left to spend time and energy in order to write disputes to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and CFPB.

( As background ) on XX/XX/XXXX, payment of {$230.00} was sent via XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Tx XXXX. The payment was credited to my XXXX account and debited from my XXXX checking account. On XX/XX/XXXX, payment of {$2600.00} was sent via the same bill payer service to the same payee at the same address. The status of that payment currently is Delivered in my bill payer account. The payment was due on XXXX XXXX XXXX Per the bill payer the payment should have been received no later than XXXX To date my account has not been credited. I have been informed that late penalties have been assessed and a status of overdue has been assigned to my account. In addition, I have called Comenity Bank Customer Service multiple times in attempts to obtain access to their website.
