Consumer Complaint: I initially placed an order with Women Within catalog back in XXXX of 2022. The item was too small and was returned via their return slip in the package and taken to the post office. I received a notification the item was received by the company and requested an exchange for a larger item. I was billed for the product that was returned after the fact and then also issue a credit for the item which I could not use because the company stated that they were not familiar with the gift card that was sent to me via their company. The second item came and I was totally dissatisfied with the way the company handled the first order and I decided to return the second order which I returned via happy returns which is a company that apparently Woman Within uses. I have receipts to show for both returns as well as other communications via email but I am continuing to get billed for these items and now have been put in all three collections agencies for a total that does not even add up to what the initial items cost. I am so disappointed with this agency which is XXXX Bank. Upon looking at credit ratings for an amount not compliant with their billing statements. It was after the fact I noticed that this company has very poor ratings which seem that all customers have the same issue that I am having they are being billed for items that have either been returned and or reported to a credit bureau I would like to expose this company for false practices and also the fact that they are unwilling to solve the issue.

Consumer Complaint: Sequence of Events : On XX/XX/2023 I have received a notification that a new inquiry was made on my XXXX credit report and when checked I see a new hard credit enquiry was made by XXXX XXXX COMENITYXXXX XXXX XXXX But I have never requested for any new card or loan and never gave access to anyone to place a hard inquiry. On checking XXXX found out that it was from XXXX beauty from Comenity bank and called them and raised a complaint and requested for cancellation of the new application which was done by a fraud person. On XX/XX/2023 called XXXX credit bureau and requested them to place a freeze on my credit and it was done successfully. After realizing that credit freeze needs to be placed on the other 2 credit bureaus as well.XXXX On XX/XX/2023 called both XXXX and XXXX to place a freeze, I was able to place a freeze successfully with XXXX but XXXX I was not able to place a freeze due to address mismatch. On XX/XX/2023 received a notification that a new inquiry was made on my XXXX credit report and when checked I see the new hard credit enquiry was made by XXXX XXXX COMENITYCAPITAL/XXXX Not sure if this is different to the hard enquiry made on XX/XX/2023 COMENITYXXXX XXXX XXXX Looks like both are from COMENITY bank but different products. I have never requested for any of these products and still hard enquiry is placed on my credit. On XX/XX/2023 created a XXXX accout online and placed a freeze on my credit and and also disputed the hard inquiry made by COMENITYCAPITALXXXX on XX/XX/2023. So finally I was able to place a freeze on all my credit bureaus but not sure why this is happening with COMENITY bank itself as I see both of the hard inquiries places are with COMENITY. Can you please investigate and guide me further on next steps.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX has harassed me with phone calls, text, emails and letters about a {$600.00} purchase I made in XX/XX/2022 that I returned. I have been charged enormous late fees and interest and they refuse to make adjustments. There is no communication or little between the credit card company and the retailer. I have late fees upon late fees. I was told I needed to send a letter to their customer service department to request in writing that fees be waived. I did this on XX/XX/2022. I continue to still get emails and bills and late fees. They are rude and lie on the phone. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Consumer Complaint: We received multiple calls from the same number to myself, my fianc and my mother stating they are a para legal office with a collection from Kay Jewelers. They had my my full account number, social security number and address. Once confronted about not owing this debt the caller got upset and demanded we make payment, or I will be sued with garnishments and a lien put on my fianc 's vehicle. We are in good standing with kay jewelers and have called and verified there is no action being taken against us. This is very alarming they level of information scammers are able to collect from online sources.

Consumer Complaint: During the Covid pandemic I was late on a payment when my unemployment benefits ran out after being on them for 6 months. I was a period without benefits because I had exhausted my Connecticut benefits which was the state I was living in at the time. Due to me having moved to Connecticut recently I was not eligible for extended benefits and was told I had to file in my previous state of residence which was Arizona. That took time and I went without any benefits for 3-4 weeks. I was 30 days late on 1 payment because of this and I am asking that Comenity bank please remove this from my credit report. All other payments were made on time and as soon as I started receiving unemployment benefits. I am in the middle of having a house built and this one of the two bad things really holding my score down. My payment history is 100 % ( not sure how because of this late payment but it shows 100 % for XXXX and XXXX. So again I am asking that Comenity bank in goodwill due to the pandemic please remove this late payment.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2022, I purchased clothes for amount {$59.00} from XXXX XXXX in XXXX, MD. by signed up for a new credit card, But I didn't receive the bill and the Credit card until XX/XX/2022, I paid the said amount {$59.00} plus the late fees and interest charged total amount {$93.00}. In XXXX and XX/XX/2022 I received other bills for interest charged although I paid the full amount, So I decided to close the said credit card account and spoke with the Supervisor on XX/XX/2022, she promised that she refund late fees because I didn't receive the bill and Credit card until XX/XX/2022. Unfortunately, I surprised that they reported late payment for 02 months so that damaged my Credit score at the time of Mortgage applied to buy a home for my family, So kindly I ask you to take further action to repair my credit score,,,!!!!!!! Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received an experience credit monitoring email and a XXXX XXXX credit monitoring email that a change was made to my report. I was sitting at home, on a Saturday XXXX watching tv. So I opened the emails and investigated what had changed to my credit report. Someone used my name, social security number and information to try and open a credit card by Comenity/Ulta XXXX, address XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Ohio XXXX XXXX I researched the address and name and found out it was an Ulta credit card that someone tried to apply for. The change in my report was due to a hard inquiry which in turn dropped my score and the information provided by XXXX stated the inquiry would remain on my credit file until XXXX of XXXX. I did not attempt to open this account and did not shop at Ulta online or in store on XX/XX/XXXX and would like this inquiry removed from my credit. I have opened a fraud alert across all of my credit accounts and require to see an ID when anyone performs a credit check on me.
