Consumer Complaint: I received my statement with the closing date of XX/XX/22, There were XXXX charges on the statement. I received and paid for the item in the amt of {$10.00}. The XXXX item was never received. I notified the company that it wan not received. My bill should have been XXXX at this point. The next month I received a statement with late charges and the amt of the item I did not receive was still included in the balance. This went on for several months-more late fees and interest. I made several phone calls to the company and to Commenity Bank explaining the situation. I continued to receive bills with mounting interest. On XX/XX/22 I sent a letter to both Woman Within and Commentiy Bank to which I never received a response. More phone calls and interest. A couple of weeks ahgo Commentity called me and I explained the situation. The person I spoke to said she was going to note my account-refusal to pay. I do not owe them any money. I paid for what I received. I received a bill yesterday and the amt is {$230.00}. All interest and late penalties. Somewhere along the way Woman Within did credit me for the item I did not receive but they never credited for interest and late charges and they are still mounting. I don't know what to do!!!! ( I did receive something that I did not order and was addressed to someone in another state and sent that back )

Consumer Complaint: I originally had a credit card with XXXX XXXX XXXX for several years. Always paid with autopay each month and the payment/balance were usually around {$10.00} or less. 1 charge each month to keep it from being stagnant and always paid off. The account apparently got transferred to Comenity Bank and I never received anything on the transfer. Nothing in the mail or anything. I finally received a phone call when the account was 90 days past due with a balance around {$43.00}. The autopay never transferred, and I never knew anything about it until I received that call. I immediately paid the balance in full and asked if this would affect my credit. They assured me it wouldn't as now you're paid in full. I was a little skeptical and asked to speak to a manager. Eventually the phone hung up in the transfer to a manager. I eventually received an alert that my credit score dropped. It dropped big time to say the least. You can look at my payment history and see that it was paid on time 100 % of the time with every account. I am asking that this issue gets resolved and my credit score and payment history goes back to 100 % on time. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX Comenity Master Card statement had a fraudulent charge from XXXX XXXX Contacted company placed fraud on my account, card was closed and new card issued. XXXX XXXX New card received unable to register card, received statement from Comenity with no balance yet {$39.00} late fee. Called Comenity due to system upgrade my account got tied up and unable to access account. Transferred to fraud who stated fraud investigation still ongoing, due to system issues dont be concerned with late payments, they will be eliminated when account is corrected. XXXX XXXX Another statement another late fee XXXX balance- Called Comenity still unable to access my account due to system change- no concerns not reporting to agencies late fees and all fees will be removed once system and account is corrected. XXXX XXXX Statement late fee, contacted Comenity customer service unable to find Mastercard account in system. Transferred to fraud who could find notes in the old system. Not sure why my account isn't correct escalated to IT from immediate correction call back in a few weeks XXXX XXXX Statement late fee- called fraud department and same issue, however this time they said the fraud was confirmed and I have XXXX balance do not be concerned with late fees all accounts effected will be corrected and balances taken care of a new card issued. XXXX XXXX Statement late fees this time credit of 1 late payment and charge of another late payment with 90 day late notification. Customer service can not locate Mastercard account transferred to fraud same story XXXX XXXX Letter from Comentity credit limit was reduced from {$7500.00} to {$750.00} for failure to pay. Contacted Comentity customer service still can not locate Mastercard, transferred to fraud who said this is odd should be fixed going to escalate to the top to be corrected immediately and I will get a letter when corrected. May have to close entire account when corrected to get it back, which seemed odd XXXX XXXX Delinquent reporting on all 3 credit agencies- dropping credit score and now impacting possible parent plus loan on my sons education parent plus loan. I have as documented on their records {$0.00} balance on this card as I have not used it in years. The late payments were on the fraud charge on my account and since their system upgrade my account is lost. I have called and mailed monthly since this started, with communication stating this will have no impact on my credit reports. It has now impacted my credit reports and rippling effect.

Consumer Complaint: I received this card without my agreement. My store credit card was moved to a comenity credit card without notification or consent. I didn't want to cancel the card as I didn't want to hurt my credit. Needless to say I have never used this card and it has never left my house I was recently sent a notice that my payment was due. When I looked into it, I discovered a long list of fraudulent transactions on my card. This seems impossible because ( as I said earlier ) I have never used this card. So it seems the company couldn't keep my information secure. Something that I think should also be looked into. I called on Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX and tried to dispute the charges but was put on hold for over 40 minutes before I gave up. I then tried messaging them under my account on their website. This was also on XX/XX/XXXX. I asked that they remove the charges and cancel my card immediately. I also informed them if I didn't receive a response by the end of the week that I would file complaints. They have yet to answer me.

Consumer Complaint: I paid off my credit card balance on XXXX XXXX, 2022. I did not receive credit for the payment during the XXXX or XXXX and now XXXX billing cycles. The check was cashed by the bank ( credit card company ) on XXXX, 2022. I reported this to the bank and sent a copy of the cancelled check. They told me that they would conduct an investigation which may take up to 60 days! During that time I should not have to make payments or accrue interest which they have not been doing. I again inquired about the status of the issue and was now told it would take 90 days! I was also told I must make payments and I will be charged interest ( on money I do not owe ) I have tried to get an update as recently as today to no avail. I believe I need support from your agency to resolve this matter. Thank you
